;;thoughts;; When we first met, I... had a gut feeling about him. And it wasn't anything bad or odd... in fact... I think that feeling has only gotten stronger. I can't stop thinking about him... I think he's there when he's not, and... I'm so confused... The only person who made me feel anything close to this before was Hakuhoshi... but this is just... so much different...

;;history;; Kumataka and Kogitsune first met because the latter was interested in the nuke-nin and stalked him through town. Once Kumataka tripped, Kogitsune picked up his glasses and returned them, instantly feeling a connection that he couldn't describe. Because of the sudden rush, Kogitsune fell into a coughing fit, and Kumataka carried him to a hotel room for examination where, after trying to hold, back, he gave in to Kogitsune's advances. In the morning, Kogitsune woke up to find himself alone and was crushed, but returned to Konoha nonetheless to carry on his life when they bumped in again a few weeks later. From then on, the two tried to become friends like normal people, but that night was always in the back of their minds. When a man named Kajitori began hitting on Kogitsune, Kumataka stepped in and saved the younger man while driving the intruder out of town. This only strengthened the relationship, and after a while longer, Kogitsune finally found the strength to ask Kumataka to be his.
