Changed from his Genin days which was a hoodie and baggy pants. Kiba outgrew the outfit and acquired a black leather-like jacket and still wears the mesh like shirt underneath. He now has longer pants and they too are black and wears black nin-sandals that are nearly closed off like shoes.
The Inuzuka boy still has his messy dark brown hair and stands 5'6"- 5'7" as compared to his Genin days at 5'0" and now weighs about 120 lbs as opposed to his 100 lb Genin weight. Kiba's fangs in his mouth have also grown a bit longer and his claws when using the beast mimicry grow out longer than when he was a Chunin.
Personality:
Kiba is often short-tempered and impulsive, which can lead to his many mistakes in battle, as he'd rather charge in and show his strength that be tactical most of the time. Kiba simply loves to take on whoever challenges him and won't back down without leaving a mark on his opponent. He deeply cares for his Ninja hound Akamaru, and is willing to do whatever is necessary to protect him. Despite his sharp tongue and coarse attitude at times, Kiba is quite the family guy and cares for his sister Hana and mother Tsume.
The Inuzuka boy tends to have power struggles quite often with his teammates, swearing that he'd be a better leader of the group, knowing that the strength he possesses would be enough to lead them through anything. Has a distant friendship with Shino, struggling for leadership and gets along very well with Hinata...the two other members of Team 8.
Kiba loves to poke and tease at people for fun most of the time, other times, he nitpicks and says things to hurt others confidence and self-esteem, but only when he's ticked or if he doesn't like someone.

History:
Chunin Exam arc
Although he appeared before the Chunin Exams, it is where we first really know who he is. The Chunin Exams are where he took his test with his teammates Shino Aburame and Hinata Hyuga. He used Akamaru to find the answers during the first part of the test.
During the second phase of the exam, while Team 8 easily took an Earth scroll from a rival team, Kiba wished to acquire yet another to narrow the competition, despite Shino and Hinata's reservations. In investigating a confrontation between two teams, they witnessed Gaara killing three Rain Genin, and Akamaru was traumatized by the sight, hiding in Kiba's jacket for protection as the small dog can detect enemies chakra levels.
Kiba was matched against Naruto in the preliminaries of the exam tournament. Kiba thought that he would easily win, trying to dispose of the blond haired ninja quickly, since Naruto was the worst student at the academy. Naruto then got very annoyed at Kiba. While Kiba initially had an advantage due to his superior speed and strengthening Akamaru with a soldier pill, Naruto tricked him into knocking Akamaru unconscious, then after farting in Kiba's face(renderering his sense of smell useless, and ended defeating him with the first use of Naruto Uzumaki Combo. Kiba regained consciousness on the stretcher, and urged his teammate Hinata to forfeit if she was matched against Gaara or Neji Hyuga.
A month later, at the finals, Kiba watched the match between Naruto and Neji with Hinata. He appeared to have gained respect for Naruto at this point, as when he heard Izumo and Kotetsu doubting Naruto's abilities to win, Kiba remembers how he thought the same thing during his match with Naruto, and ended up losing. He also very loudly cheered for Naruto during the match. It is unknown for certain whether the reason that Kiba wanted Naruto to win is because of his newfound respect for Naruto. After Kabuto healed Hinata after her match with Neji when she begins coughing up blood, he rendered Kiba unconscious (after Kiba started to remember him), leaving him unable to assist Konoha's ninja in the invasion.
Filler arcs
Kiba commonly worked with Naruto and Hinata in the filler arcs, often when Shino was absent. At one point, due to failing the Bikochu and Bounty Hunter missions, they were given a mission to test their teamwork, and told they will return to the academy if they failed. In the course of the mission, Kiba realized that he and Naruto argue too much, and they put aside their differences to stop some ninja who have taken on their identities. Naruto, Kiba and Hinata succeeded in their next mission together in the Cursed Haunted Castle arc, where they were nearly absorbed into a cursed house that was possessed by a summon animal.
Kiba's relationship with Akamaru is highlighted in the Kiba's Long Day episode. After Akamaru was infected with a biological weapon that caused him to go berserk, Kiba believed that Naruto was trying to find and kill Akamaru, and attempted to take Akamaru out of Konoha. Kiba eventually stopped resisting when he learned Naruto and Hana's true intentions, but was paralyzed by the prospect that their plan may still require them to kill Akamaru. He eventually regained his senses and appealed to Akamaru, causing Akamaru to regain enough of his true self to avoid killing Kiba, and allowed him to administer the antidote.
Sasuke Retreival and beyond
Several weeks after the invasion of Leaf Village by Sound and Sand, Kiba accompanies Naruto, Neji, Chouji and Shikamaru on a mission to find and return Uchiha Sasuke to Leaf Village. During the mission, Kiba and Akamaru were separated from the group and had to face off against the brothers Ukon and Sakon. Heavily injured, Akamaru and Kiba had to retreat downstream to escape the pair. Unfortunately the Sound caught up to the Leaf. When they moved to attack, Kiba was protected by the puppets of Sand ninja Kankuro, who had been dispatched to help. He quickly finished off the brothers. Kiba and Akamaru made a full recovery, and Kiba promised to never left Akamaru get that hurt again.
Over the next few years Akamaru would grow into an adult dog and both he and his master would further their skills.

Name: Beast Human Clone
Type: D-rank, Supplementary
-A modified version of a transformation technique, this jutsu allows a user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. When combined with the Four Legs Technique, the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally animalistic. Like any transformation, the jutsu can be broken by identifying and attacking the animal, thus dispelling the transformation. This jutsu is often followed by the Dual Piercing Fang.
Name: Double Piercing Fang ("Man-Beast Ultimate Taijutsu: Fang Over Fang")
Type: C-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
-The user and his partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The force of this attack is strong enough to drill through stone. This attack can be done alone, although it is less effective.
Name: Four Legs Technique ("All Fours Jutsu")
Type: D-rank, Supplementary
-This technique gives some increase of strength and speed to the user, as well as lengthening their nails into claws. The user also tends to shift into a quadrupedal stance upon initiating this jutsu. Travel in this mode is somewhat akin to a dog's fast run. Users of this technique also tend to act more feral when using it.
Name: Piercing Fang ("Tunneling Fang")
Type: D-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
-The user spins at a ferocious speed and delivers many powerful beastlike attacks when contact is made with the target. This attack can be done with a partner, making it more effective.
Name Man Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf ("Inuzuka Style: Man Beast Transformation Combo: Two-Headed Wolf")
Type: B-rank, Supplementary
-Using a modified form of a Combination Transformation, Kiba and Akamaru transform themselves into a large, two-headed wolf, with great resembling to Akamaru. In this form they uses Dual Wolf Fang.
Name: Double Wolf Fang ("Wolf Fang Over Fang"; "Wolf Fang")
Type: B-rank, Offensive, Mid to long range (5m+)
-After Akamaru uses Dynamic Marking to mark a target, both he and Kiba use Man Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf to become a large, two-headed wolf. The two then perform a much more powerful Double Piercing Fang attack. Like the lesser version, they spin rapidly to attack their target. Unlike the previous version, however, they move so rapidly that they can't see where they're going, hence the reason for the earlier Dynamic Marking, which allows them to track their opponents via the distinctive scent. This attack is powerful enough to cut a person in two, and even dent a Rashomon gate. Even if the attack misses, its speed is so great that the surrounding air can slice like a blade.
Such power is not without its drawbacks, however. Not only as does this attack effectively blind both Kiba and Akamaru for its duration, but it tires them such that they can only perform it twice (pre time-skip) before requiring rest.

Extra Notes:As a member of the Inuzuka clan, Kiba has enhanced senses of smell and hearing. He was also able to see through the Transformation Technique with his senses after much training.

"Oh great, I'm fighting with an Inuzuka who doesn't trust a living soul around her." Kiba thought to himself with a frown. His thoughts were broken when he heard a loud crack, more of the poor victim's bones cracking, be he was a bit surprised as a bit of the corpse's blood was splashed onto his pants. "Damnit, thats not good..." He muttered, blinking and shaking his pants.
Kiba saw Aiuya kick the body towards them and sighed in frustration. "Alright, I've had enough of your slick thinking psycho girl..." He muttered, literally booting the body a ways behind them, putting it downwind slightly. The Inuzuka boy then turned back to Akamaru, who was now even more tense, sensing the amount of chakra and power of the creepy criminal. "Whats that boy?" Kiba said softly, looking back to Aiuya and Akari glaring at each other. "This isn't going to be all fun and games..." He muttered to Akamaru and Kaynen.
"Akari, I'm itching to fight too alright?!?" Kiba called out, narrowing his eyes. "But take a step back and think about this...She's calling you out for a reason." He said, trying to keep in the Inuzuka girl's ear. "Look, tell me something Akari, Can you honestly smell anything else but dead corpse on her and ourselves now? Be frickin honest..." Kiba growled.
"She's trying to psyche you out, She doesn't have anything on me, isn't that right psycho lady?" He said with a laugh. "You can't single her out, because if you talk bad to one Inuzuka, you're gonna get the fangs." He muttered. "Alright Akari, if you're gonna show this lady what you've got, then be careful on the close attacks and I'll back you up..." Kiba muttered lowly.
"Kaynen, Akamaru!! Keep a tight perimeter!!" Kiba called to the dogs. "Your days of making your Masterpieces are done!!" The Inuzuka boy said with a smirk as he readied himself to go after the bloodthirsty girl with a Fang over Fang attack.
"Alright!! Ya Ready Akamaru?!?" Kiba asked, getting psyched to fight the ever dangerous criminal. The two gathered up their strength and quickly went into their spiraling attack, capable of doing a decent amount of damage, aimed right Aiuya. [/color]
