1) Obey the staff. We are the people who run the site. If you disobey us it could either result in a warning or a ban.
2) No godmodding. This will not be tolerated, ever. It could result in a ban depending on the situation.
3) Follow the character template. Do not make up your own template; however, you may add sections to the template. You may only remove optional sections.
4) Use photos for your character. Its best to pick a character from a series and use that as what they look like. It makes things easier for signatures and avatars. No real people, only Anime.
5) No Mary Sues or Gary Stus. This means that your character is NOT perfect, so do not make them so.
6) Please create one account for each character. No multiple-character accounts unless you are NPCing.
7) Stay in character. I don't want to see Itachi running through a meadow singing Over The Rainbow while wearing a pink dress. Reserve that for the Outer Limits, please. smile.gif
7) No being closely related to canons. this means that you cannot be Naruto's long lost sibling or Sasuke's grandmother. However, this is loose in regards to canon clans. You can be a Hyuuga, but only cousins or the like.
8) You are only allowed 3 more original characters than canons. Meaning that if you have, say, 2 canons, you can have 5 originals. This is to keep the canons from being empty slots.
9) Canons must be active. If you are going to be absent, TELL US!!!!!! If you get grounded, find some way to tell a STAFF member, preferrably the Head Admin, that you are grounded. If you fail to do so, your account will be deleted either after a month and a half or when someone wishes to take your character. Originals will be moved to the INACTIVES.
10) Please be literate. Posts should be at least two hundred and fifty words (250). Interact with the environment, notice it or something if you can't think of anything else for your character to do. No one-liners. You may write in either THIRD PERSON or FIRST PERSON. No **--``~~ or whatever you may use for actions.
11) Pretty up your posts! Insert icons above, lyrics, etc! pick a colour and write your post in that. Thoughts should be in italics. Speech of the character you are playing should be in bold and between "double quotation marks". The speech of others should be bolded and in their font color, as well as "between double quotes".
12) NO PLAGIARISM!! I hate plagiarism, and your first offence gets you 50% warning DEPENDING ON WHAT IT IS. If you have plagiarized from another member of another Naruto forum and it is NOT your work, you will receive 50% warning. The ONLY THING YOU ARE ALLOWED TO COPY for canons is their HISTORY from LEAF NINJA. That is the only allowance there will be. The rule code for canons is tenten and the rule code for originals is taiyo.
13) Do not advertise anywhere other than the Bulletin Board forum. Do not be sending PMs out to everyone to direct them to a forum unless you have received permission from ME, the HEAD ADMIN, to do so. If you do catch someone doing this please notify me as soon as possible. This means advertising over the cbox as well.
14) Profanity in an IC way and towards other characters IC is fine - this includes games such as the Hot or Not game - but please, keep it IC. Not only does this mean no unnecessary profanity towards members, but we aren't going to see Sakura running around shooting her mouth of. This somewhat ties into rule 7, so please, keep it IC. Someone like Hidan shooting his mouth off is perfectly IC, but we don't want to see members firing at each other. It will receive you an automatic warning, and the percentage will depend on how badly it was.
