Appearance:
Ren stands at a short stature of 4'6, and is considered rather short for her age. Despite being much shorter than most 13 year olds, she has a rather small mouth. She also has a much less matured body, and is what most would consider a ' Late bloomer '. Ren still has many chibi like qualities and is often thought to be as young as eight years of age. This gives her a very chibish appearance and often leads to other to mistake for her a young child. Her skin is often described as ivory and a pale white, and is smooth to the touch. Her skin is often flustered due to the fact that her skin is rather sensitive.
Both of her eyes are rather large and are a smothering emerald green. Her hair is a strange shade of brownish colors, and depends on the lighting. It could also be described as a dark red. Her clothing style is usually made up of layered clothing, she usually wears an over sized jacket and shorts with the usual shinobi sandals.
Personality:
Ren was often in the top 5 percent of her classes during her Academy days, and was often see as a very intelligent individual. She is also slightly clueless about obvious matters, such as being confused about the difference between Miso soup and Ramen. While her mind often ponders off to wonder these questions, he often seems completely in control of situations.
Despite her young appearance, she is known to be rather cynical and have the sarcasm of a bitter old man. She is known as a prodigy, but is still weaker than the other Kurama clan members due young age and inexperience. Ren is often out casted from other shinobi due to her clumsy and awkward nature.
Ren is short for her age and that is often pointed out for comedy purposes. She dislikes being called short and is very short tempered about it. Ren will respect elders whom she feels deserve it and is very chivalrous to wards older members of her village.
History:
Her mother and father where never part of her life and she was raised by her two older brothers, Jin and Yusuke. Yusuke was looked than Jin by three years, and Jin looked up to him. As a child Ren was often piggy backed by her older brothers and she often watched as they trained to be shinobi.
When she turned six she enrolled in shinobi classes and was often teased by other students because her short stature and awkward nature when her name meant 'knife'. Her brothers would often help her out by showing and training her in genjustus.
When a fire engulfed the Kurama main house, her brother Yusuke was caught in the fire and killed. Ren, age seven, and Jin, age 15, had been at their own home a few blocks away and didn't know he had died until they where informed.
After his brother's death, Jin began to train harder to make up for his brother's lost life and he began to ignore Ren as he trained more and more. Ren took this as a sign that she needed to train harder to be worthy of her brothers attention.
One of the nights after she started training harder she began to have nightmares about another self inside her, she cried for her brother, but stopped, he was stressed enough over his brothers death, he didn't need to hear her worries.
Despite her rising grade point address, she still had problems with her ninjustu and taijustu, she decided she would focus strictly on her Genjustu and blow away the examiners. It did work, however she ended up having a handy cap in battles, she could only use Genjustu. However, due to her clan, that wasn't much of an issue.

Known Jutsu:
Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique :: This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.
Flower Ninja Art: Maximum Cutting :: By hurling several flower petals at the opponent, the user can cause them to continuously swirl around the target. Once this is done, this technique will distort the target's sense of smell. It will then gradually darken the environment until only total darkness prevails. In addition, the petals can be hardened to either slice at the target or explode if laced with gunpowder.
Ninja Art: Profusing of Flowers :: The user casts an illusion that tricks the enemy, causing them to see a storm of flowers. This jutsu has different variation ranging from a field of flowing petals to an overflow of petals surrounding the enemy. Once the user has a spotted the enemy with a clear shot, she/he throws a weapon of his/her choice, and attempts to gets the enemy in the head, if hit it resulting to a very slow but painful death.
Transparent Escape Technique :: This jutsu allows the user to spy on foes up close or at a distance, and by the name possibly allows the user to appear transparent or invisible to the opponent. However, the opponent can see where she steps and the noise she makes.
Kurama Gejutsu :: Every few generations a member of the Kurama clan will be born with an incredible talent for genjutsu. The clan member's talent in that field is such that their genjutsu is nearly completely irresistible, so much so that only knocking a person out cold has any chance of awakening from then unless they have a very high and precise amount of chakra control. Furthermore, the genjutsu is so powerful that it causes the brain to make anything that happens to the victim within the genjutsu seems physically real, allowing the clan member to potentially kill their opponents with genjutsu. Such frightening power is not without its drawbacks, however. The user can rarely control the full extent of their abilities, and as such their subconscious will often regulate that power, leading to the creation of a second personality in control of that power. This personality then overwhelms the original, turning the individual into a monster that's a danger to everyone around them. [/blockquote][/color]

There was something tapping at her window...
It was trying to get inside her apartment, but when Ren looked out at the night, she saw something. The windows where shaking, the windows where moving by themselves. Rattling in their frames as if being moved by the great lord himself.
However, what caught her attention, was the eclipse. The moon was merely an empty white ring in the sky. Ren's eyes gazed at it for a moment, wondering what it could be doing. A sound suddenly caught her attention. When she turned around she saw a black cat with eyes that shone like burning sapphires. It had meowed. Ren was almost at awe at how beautiful it's coat was, but as her gaze set on it she woke up.
....'Son when you grow up'...... 'Would you be the savior of the beat, the broken and the damned?'
Ren stretched slightly as she leaned up in her bed. Her room was a mess, but that was normal. What wasn't normal was that her stock of socks where running low. She sighed, she had been looking froward to spending her Sunday relaxing, but this called for going into town and buying supplies. She leaned out of bed, but fell down onto the floor. '' Humph... '' she muttered as she stood up and stretched her arms up. '' One and Two '' she chanted repeatedly as she touched her toes and then reached up one more time.
Her older brother poked his unnaturally blond head in through the door way and a neutral frown. '' Good Ren, got to keep limber '' he muttered as he left the room. Ren twitched slightly as she looked at her brother, he was always that distant. She hoped he would actually stay home for a change.. he was always leaving for missions, and she worried about him.
