Kajitori has long, extremely well-kept and styled brilliant red hair that is his pride and joy. It falls to just a few inches below his waist, and two locks that frame his high cheekbones and kept shorter than the bulk of his mane and end at his chest. His bangs are also quite long and are worn either parted to hide his right eye or gelled back to reveal his almond-shaped green orbs and thin eyebrows.
Kajitori has a lean build with subtle muscles that don't give away his strength, yet allow him to show off without making too big of a deal with his figure. He is slightly underweight, but his form also has a hint of femininity about it, and his pale, unscathed skin accents this trait more than he would like it to.
Kajitori wears a long shirt that is similar to a short, plain kimono with gold trim and stops about where a normal skirt would, adding to his feminine appeal. A wide brown belt is wrapped around his waist and helps define the shirt more. Underneath the "skirt" of the shirt are a pair of form-fitting black pants that are covered mostly by boots that match his shirt and have a white heart-like shape and a line that runs the length of his boots stitched into the fabric. On the ends of the boots are iron plates that provide support and are covered with a grey material, then accented with white fabric. Much like how the boots over his leggings, Kajitori's armwarmers overlap his long-sleeved black undershirt, and both the armwarmers and boots are topped with a wide red fabric trimmed with the same creamy white. Under the armwarmers, a pair of simple black gloves protects his hands.
Worn over all of this is a long grey tunic with a stiff black collar and shoulder pads that adorn the neck of the accessory. The tunic has leather straps that buckle loosely under the arms to provide a sure way for it to stay on. The tunic is split up the middle in the front to the bottom of the belt on his shirt, and a large, intricately-inscribed red heart is stitched into the front while a smaller, plainer red heart is on his back. The entire tunic is trimmed with red. This accessory is usually only worn when traveling; otherwise, he stuffs it into his bag.
Personality:
Kajitori has the soul of a womanizer, and he doesn't hesitate to flaunt it. As soon as he sees an attractive man or woman, he is magnetically attached to him or her, but if an even more attractive person comes along, he will make an excuse to hang around the better "prize." He will say anything and everything to get someone to like him, going as far as to lie to the person in order to reach his ultimate goal.
Kajitori finds a pleasure and comfort in the company of fire, and he is addicted to the adrenaline rush accompanied by the heat and ballet of the flames. The bigger the fire, the happier Kajitori finds himself. If the fire grows too large, the pyro finds himself lusting for blood, sending him into a frenzy that is usually only stopped by dousing his both his body and the fire with freezing water to snap him from the arousal.
When faced with a challenge, Kajitori stands up and takes the opponent on with a valor that could only be matched by Naruto's annoyance. He walks with broad shoulders and a smirk that could possibly melt the heart of... well, a heartless person. He has a raw confidence that shows itself with every step, and if given the chance, he would gladly strut into the Akatsuki lair and demand that he be given a position... that was, if he agreed with their goals.
Kajitori does not tend to do well with men who don't see the beauty of the world around them or are disrespectful to others, even though he himself is no Prince Charming. If he sees someone being treated unfairly, then he will stand up for the underling, when in all reality, he only uses people for his own personal pleasures and gain.
History:
Kajitori was born in Konohagakure as a prodigy to the art of the construction worker. Working on training to become a shinobi and having his family business on the side did not bother him much; in fact, the physical labor that came along with the job gave him an advantage when it came to taijutsu, though not as much for ninjutsu or the few genjutsu that the students learned in the academy.
While he was working on a building alongside his parents one day, a few children running through the streets knocked into the ladder that his mother was on, sending her falling to the ground. She ended up hospitalized, and his father stayed by her side until she passed away.
While they were in the hospital, Kajitori was forced to take over the business and work by himself, and he made many failed attempts before the business was in ruins, at which time his father returned and broke down from their loss of steady income and his wife's death. Not knowing what to do with himself, Kajitori's father ran to the outskirts of Konohagakure and had supposedly run away.
Kajitori, now abandoned, sought refuge with his grandfather. His grandfather, an old pervert, took the little Kajitori and made him into a "man" by allowing him to practice the skills that it took to become a womanizer (Kajitori later found that the same tricks sometimes worked on males as well).
After graduating from the academy, Kajitori began spending more and more time with his sensei from the school, Mizuki, and the older man began to put ideas of destruction and corruption into his student's mind. Mizuki stole sheets of chakra paper from the academy and gave them to Kajitoti, in whence the bulk burned while others were cleanly split in half. Mizuki taught the basics of element-based jutsu to Kajitori who had a trouble grasping the concept in school, and before long, he had mastered the lesson.
Kajitori then looked to Uchiha Fugaku (Sasuke and Itachi's father) and Sarutobi Asuma for guidance on his actual training. With their help, he was able to learn a handful of techniques and create a few of his own, which gave him another boost during the chuunin exams, which he aced and easily became jounin at the age of sixteen.
Hearing how well Kajitori was doing on his own, his father returned to congratulate him and ask if he would like to join his father on a journey as a mission. Kajitori declined multiple times, but after his father continued to pester him about it, Kajitori set the man on fire and watched him whither and die. The excitement of knowing that he had finally reached one of the goals that Mizuki had set for him - killing another human being - was so enthralling that Kajitori began setting nearby buildings on fire just to watch them burn.
When he was finally caught by the ANBU Black Ops, Kajitori was forced from the village on the promise that he would never return to Konohagakure, causing him to begin wandering the land.

~ Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique [Katon: Gōkakyu no Jutsu] :: After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via their mouth and, utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range.
~ Fire Release: Mist Covering Technique [Katon: Kasumi Endu no Jutsu] :: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.
~ Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique [Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu] :: This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shuriken within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. For the most part, however, this jutsu is used as a distraction.
~ Fire Release: Roaring Flame Sphere [Katon: Gōenkyū] :: The user exhales a meteor-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact.
~ Fire Release: Running Fire [Katon: Hibashiri] :: This jutsu will create jets of fire that can be manipulated into several forms (so far, rings of fire or a circle of fire) before striking the target. Description: Kajitori's signature technique. Kajitori has memorized the 39 hand seals for this jutsu so thoroughly that he is able to complete them within four seconds, but to do this, he must fully concentrate on his motions, making him prone to attack. After the seals have been executed, Kajitori focuses all of the chakra into his thumb and middle finger, then pinches them together and brings them an inch from his lips. He then blows an enormous gust of breath which ignites the chakra and sends out flames about the size of a grown labrador retriever. This is best used with Wind Release: Gale for a better range or Wind Release: Wind Cutter Technique to become deadly.
~ Blade of Wind [Kaze no Yaiba] :: This jutsu creates a blade of wind. The blade is said to be impossible to block because of its intangible nature.
~ Wind Release: Beast Wave Palm [Fūton: Jūha Shō] :: A powerful jutsu that uses large amounts of wind nature chakra that can cut and slash through anything material.
~ Wind Release: Beast Wave Violent Wind Palm [Fūton: Jūha Reppū Shō] :: This jutsu is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Wind Release: Beast Wave Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user’s dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.
~ Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountain [Fūton: Kami Oroshi] :: This technique creates a vortex of wind to blast at a target.
~ Wind Release: Great Breakthrough [Fūton: Daitoppa] :: This technique creates a large explosion of wind from the user's location, easily leveling everything in its path. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.
~ Wind Release: Verdant Mountain's Violent Wind [Fūton: Suiran Reppū] :: By using wind-based chakra, the user can infuse his/her chakra with bladed weapons from a distance and manipulate them.
~ Wind Release: Violent Wind Palm [Fūton: Reppūshō] :: A simple technique that sends a gust of concentrated wind at the opponent. When used with a weapon such as a shuriken the weapon can become fatal. Also if the technique is combined with another elemental Ninjutsu such as fire, it becomes deadly.
~ Wind Release: Wind Cutter Technique [Fūton: Kazekiri no Jutsu] :: A large slicing wind will be created which can cut through his opponent. This can be used to immobilize large targets. This technique can also be used to divide and neutralize an incoming Wind attack launched against the user and make it harmless.

Description: By concentrating a decent amount of chakra to his hands or feet, merely striking ground or another solid object and releasing the chakra sends Kajitori into the air, giving an advantage when evading attacks or creating a distraction. Used skillfully, Kajitori then will more than likely follow up with a fire release jutsu, then use another wind release to power it to a deadly force. When airborne, Kajitori cannot maneuver well, which means that in order to change directions, he must hit another solid object with the same jutsu in order to change course. This only lasts for about five seconds and allows him to jump three times higher than he usually can. This jutsu requires no hand signs.

It had been at least three or four days since Kogitsune had become the living, breathing, and not totally-in-health contract between Hoshigakure no Sato and Konohagakure no Sato, and he had finally been able to secure a moment of peace to himself; however, the "peace" wasn't as relaxing as he had hoped it to be. He had heard from some of the villagers in Konohagakure no Sato that Otafuku Town - second to Tanzaku Town, of course - was an excellent way to relax and shop. It seemed to be a hotspot for vendors, but thanks to Kogitsune's horrid sense of direction, he had gotten lost for the upteenth time in the past two hours, finding himself in the same places over and over again. It seemed no matter how many people he asked for directions to a hotel or a place to eat that he got the same directions or completely different ones, and the roads threw him completely off, sending him back to where he started.
Currently, he was standing in front of the same dango vendor that he had come across at least three times before. When the vendor noticed the confused young man, he laughed and asked if Kogitsune had found the hotel yet.
"Sadly, I am still unable to find the hotel," he sighed, drooping his shoulders and lightly shaking his head. As the sweet scent of the dango wafted his way, Kogitsune's stomach gave a loud growl, and he blushed madly, placing a hand over the organ in an attempt to calm it down. "And I have yet to a restaurant..."
The vendor smiled and shook his head, then reached into his cart and pulled out two dango and held them out to Kogitsune. "Free of charge!" he laughed, laughing heartily at the foreigner.
"I... I could not take those without paying...," Kogitsune told the other, holding up both hands with a saddened look on his face.
"If I don't give these to you, I think you'll starve, young'n!" He waved the dango at Kogitsune, and after a few more minutes of coaxing, the shinobi finally gave in and received them while deeply bowing to the vendor, but he pushed Kogitsune on his way before the other could thank him further.
Now Kogitsune was in a bind. It wasn't that he didn't like sweets... It's just that he didn't like them enough to eat two entire dango by himself. He began scanning the area until he spotted a handsome man in odd attire. Confused once again for a few seconds, Kogitsune began following the other in hopes that the man knew where he was going... or at least had some vague idea.
