All right! It's time for Dokuji Shippuden's first universal festival! There are going to be two aspects to this festival; one will be a more westernized style for a festival, and the other will be the more Japanese style. The westernized will involve social dancing [if you don't know much for social dances, ask me; I know quite a bit about them] as well as more westernized types of festival stuff, and the Japanese half will involved, er, Japanese-style stuff. You don't have to have your character dress formally for the occasion, but if you wish to, they may.
There is only one part of the festival that EVERYONE must follow, and that is the masquerade theme. Each person attending the festival must have some sort of fancy mask that they're wearing, and formal attire for the dancing is required.
PART 1 OF THE FESTIVAL::
This will involve a lot of the daily games and food and will be set in a daytime setting.
PART 2 OF THE FESTIVAL::
This will be more of the evening aspect. The Westernized style will involved more social dancing such as the seven step, waltz, chanteuse, polka, two-step, and other various social dances. It may also involve a few line dances, and Saska will be providing a playlist for each of the types of dances.

The festival will last for an IC five days, but each day will sort of be the same idea. The beginning of the first day will be the opening ceremonies for everything, and the afternoon of the last day will be the closing ceremonies followed by the last night of dancing.
WHO IT'S OPEN TO::
Anyone can come, but note that if you are a wanted nin by either Suna or Konoha - as they are the major villages that will be involved - you will have to come in disguise. Akatsuki may come in disguise as pairs or a group.
THE PLOT STARTS TODAY, SO FEEL FREE TO START POSTING! Also, it may be a good idea for each character to actually attend the festival with someone... Especially the dancing part. ^_^
