Katsumi rushes to get to the festival on time only to arrive before any of the activities begin! She meets the Suna ninja Luan Xi and encounters the Hokage who both know each other. Tsunade reveals she want's needs to talk with Gaara while Katsumi decides to pound her cousin Renzo for not giving her the correct time. Realizing that Luan Xi is hungry and that the festival won't start for a while, Katsumi guides Luan Xi to Ichiraku Ramen, where Mitsunari sits planning his next step in hunting Orochimaru.
