By this time Ino's cheeks had returned to there normal color, letting out a sigh of relief she pulled the jacket upon her lap, she was happy that kiba wasnt angry. Looking back at Kiba's 2

"Take my jacket off more often?" Kiba asked, looking at her skeptically. "I dont know about that, I just don't feel like myself with it off sometimes." He said with a chuckle. "I mean you're probably the first to suggest that honestly."

"Another hot dog comin' right up..." Kiba said with a grin, turning back to the fire and grilling another hot dog up for Ino, glad that she liked the food and glad that she seemed to be having a good time on this little expedition and looking at his chest.

Damnit. She scolded herself mentally, there will be no more mumbling, no more speaking out loud and definately no more blushing tonight! she made that a promise to herself. Ino regained her cool and looked up into the sky, the pink had faded and finally it reached the night.

"Well i only meant that because its coming up summer, and it's going to be really hot out " Ino spoke, the tone of her voice was calm and collected. Nice save !!

She leaned back, placing her hands either side of her for support. "Nice night" She spoke quietly look back towards the tent. Shrugging she led back upon the ground.

"Right...you're definitely right about that, I remember not too long ago having to unzip that thing because I was sweating like none other." Kiba muttered, dismissing the fact that Ino had made him take the thing off to begin with.

Kiba then grinned as Ino mentioned the fact about the nice clear night. "Yeah, you got lucky coming out tonight, I usually don't get to see as many stars as we're seeing now." He said softly, grinning lightly at her. "I always look for shapes and patterns the things make, its kinda fun." Kiba said cheerfully.

Looking over to Kiba she smirked evilly while sliding his jacket under head for comfort. "Well you're not getting your jacket back for while" she spoke plainly before turning back up towards the stars. She had never really taken the time to stare at stars.

The longer she stared the more shapes she saw, so far she saw a fryng pan, a snake and another which she wasnt quite sure whether it was a pineapple or Shikamaru. " I have found a few shapes but nothing that exciting. " Ino sulked, the stars were no doubt beautiful just together they made dull shapes.

" Do you see any?" She turned back towards Kiba, a questionaing look upon her face, which quickly turned to a frown. "Where's my hot dog then?" Ino had once again ruined a perfectly nice moment.

Kiba blinked and looked back to the fire to see Ino's hot dog nearly overcooking. "Ohh...uhh, its done." He said with a chuckle. Kiba swiftly took it off the fire, slipped it into a bun and moved over to hand it to the blond haired girl. "There's your hot dog..." He said dreamily.

The boy wasn't interested in stars at the moment as well, yet more lost in the moment, or close to nice moment he just nearly had with Ino. "I usually find a few shapes, including a wolf, a pan, some pineapple thing, and maybe a chair..."

Before taking the hot dog she sat up alittle more, though she'd never eaten a hot dog lying down, it didnt look easy. Ino took the food from his hands, tearing a chunk of the end once again. Ino never liked just shoving it in her mouth, plus it was easier and less messy this way.


"I've seen the pineapple" She spoke while shuffling in her seating postion. "Now i have my hot dog you can show me what you see" She shuffled closer to him, so she was in the same position to see what he could.

While looking up at the stars, trying to find the shapes he spoke of she couldnt help but notice that he didnt actually smell like wet dog at all, it was more of an okay musk. It was...nice. Ino let out a little cough, before turning her head towards him.

Instantly she blushed to notice just how close she was, like an impulse she quickly shuffled a fraction to the side, giving them enough distance between them.

"Alright..." Kiba said, laying back to glance at the night sky. "Hmmm..." He muttered, looking around and noticing how close Ino had gotten to him. It was close enough to smell the fragrance in her hair again...intoxicating.

Kiba then let out a small chuckle and pointed to the sky. "There...I see the wolf...it has 8 stars in it for the head." He said, grinning slightly. "And then you look a bit to the left and there's the pan." He added. wondering if she saw the same thing he did.

Kiba then turned and looked at Ino, grinning slightly as he looked into her blue-green eyes. "Do you see em?" He asked, sighing dreamily.

Turning up towards the sky, ino searched for the wolf and at last she finally noticed it, she couldn't believe she missed it seeing as quite big in comparison to the pineapple. Her eyes drifted to the left and she laughed out loud. "I saw the pan! " she smiled happily.

Ino turned to Kiba and matched his smile " I see them" she spoke latching her hands together in excitement. Though it was pretty early and the night had only just arrived Ino couldn't help but feel alittle sleepy, but she tried not to show it.


Ino turned to Kiba again and smiled softly, "This has been fun."

Kiba chuckled as Ino was finally catching on with the star shapes ad could tell by the excitement in her voice that she was enjoying the little trip. "Awesome...It took me a while to even find the things, it got annoying when I couldn't, but you got a perfect night and saw them all." Kiba pointed out.

"I'm glad to hear that Ino, considering its been your first time, anyone else would have complained...but you can really handle all this pretty well, I'm impressed." Kiba said grinning at her.

"It definitely beats the hustle and bustle of the village sometimes, thats for sure..." He added, crossing his arms over his chest, simply looking back to the night sky, feeling slightly tired, yet content.

Ino smiled again alittle wider, camping wasn't as bad as she thought it would be, she was expecting mud and bugs, but being there she could tell why you didn't notice them, there was so much other beauty to keep your attention to wards.

"Well, we shall wait til morning to see if i complain, we still have to sleep" she laughed slightly, hoping the night wouldn't be cold or the ground to hard. Before Ino could even speak she accidentalyl let out a loud yawn. "heh guess I'm alittle tired" she mumbled before getting up into a standing position.

"I'm going to get changed, keep your eyes forward unless i say otherwise" She threatened half playfully half serious. Picking up her bag she made her way inside the tent, pulling out the Pj's she had packed. Plain grey sweatpants and a light purple tank top, it wasn't her usual sleep wear, but if she brought that she would be way to cold. It took a while for her to fiddle around with the buttons on her top before she successfully managed to undress herself, then dress herself in half the time.

Happy with how she looked, Ino walked out from the tent and sat back down next to Kiba, usually when she went to bed she would pull her hair down, but today she will wait til the last minute.

"Nah, it'll be fine, the ground here isn't that hard and sure, it'll be a bit chilly, but thats why you have a sleeping bag." Kiba pointed out, hoping she didn't complain. Her yawns went to him and caused him to do so too, "Oh man, I am too..."

"Oh, yeah...got it..." Kiba said, turning away quickly like she asked him to. He had to work extra hard not to turn back and found himself trying to peek, but caught himself and he simply waited for her to finish.

As soon as Ino came back out, Kiba let out a small sigh and chuckled, "What took ya? I was beginning to wonder if you fell asleep or something." He joked. Kiba had never seen Ino with her hair down and wondered if she messed with it before bed, and considering Kiba was already in what he'd sleep in, simply looked Ino over, it surprised him that she still looked so beautiful in such simple clothes.

Ino whacked on the back of the head playfully, this time watching how hard she hit. "Buttons are a pain " was all she said before raising her hands to the fire, feeling its heat touch her skin,

"Are you tired?" she asked not turning her eyes away from the flames, "Tell me when you want to go sleep and I'll follow you, one because i dont want to be left alone out here and two, i dont really want to be left alone in there" she laughed pointing to the tent with her thumb.

Ino didnt like sleeping in unfamilar area's without anyone she knew close, and making the area around them a woods didnt help much.

"Buttons, yeah...they really can be tricky." Kiba said, holding back a chuckle and going along with Ino on that one. "Yeah, I'm getting a little tired, its been a long day." He said softly. "But I'll go to bed when you're ready to, because I know what you mean, its pretty hard to fall asleep in a different place without someone you know." Kiba said with a smile.

"So if you're ready then, I'm ready to hit the hay..." Kiba said softly. "But you have to tell me whether you need the fire to keep burning overnight or if I can put it out, because even though it'll burn itself out, it'd probably be better to put it out." He said, looking at her questioningly.

Ino smiled and turned to wards the fire, "well if it is better to put it out then, i guess you should put it down" She spoke unsure of what she was saying. Picking herself back up upon her feet, she made her way to wards the tent, grabbing the pink sleeping bag on the way.

Crawling into the tent, she laid out the sleeping bag, while unzipping it. It didn't take Ino long to slide beneath its sheets, at first it was deathly cold but soon warmed up against her skin.

Still sat up she pulled out her ponytail, letting her long platinum blonde locks to fall behind her, her bangs as usual stayed in place. Quietly she wait for Kiba to come in before going to sleep.
