Eh, I don't think you're really that far behind. XD There's a few posts for you, but nothing major has gone on other than just miniature side-plots.
The only one you really need to pay attention to is the whole KibaIno thing, because it's starting to involve NaruSaku [yea, that's what you get when Sakura and Ino start talking, lulz]... It's pretty much that Ino's going to hopefully convince Naruto to ask Sakura something. XD
