Clan History:20 years before Tsuki was born part of the Inzuka Clan committed an awful crime against the village and was exiled from the village,doomed to wander forever.They made their new home in the snowy regions and wandered around for a while before settling.Their home was but a bunch of huts but they were happy.Then,wolves starting coming nearer and nearer to the Clans home.When the Clan spoke to them,using the abilities retained from their Inzuka days,they learned that the wolves were starving and needed food for their pups.The Clan agreed to help them but in turn the wolves had to help guard their home.

Over time bonds were developed with the wolves and they explained how to cut down on deaths due to frost-bite.Swimming in the cold water,whilst it sounds suicidal,increases a persons resistance to cold gradually.The Clan did this and the amount of frost bite cases decreased and then finally stopped all together.However,other threats to the village like Arctic foxes and other wolves still troubled the village.

Finally it was decided that for each generation a ninja squad would be put together.

Okay, I'm gonna nitpick here... sorry if it's a little harsh. o_<;

How can they "transform" into wolves? There aren't anything like werewolves in the Naruverse, and it would seem much simpler for the clan to simply prefer using henge no jutsu to change into wolves. This would reduce a lot of confusion. If you look at the Shiden clan (< link), there's a rather detailed explanation with a certain drawback that makes this possible for the clan.

How does the clan die "suspiciously"? Please elaborate and don't leave giant holes like that; it makes her seem more like a Mary-Sue because of the lack of explanation.

For the weapon, merely put that in Tsuki's application under Weapons. For the jutsu, put that in the Jutsu section in Tsuki's application.

But, since you've already put the jutsu and weapons here, I'll go ahead and look over those...

How does the sword draw power from the moonlight? I would suggest completely cutting out that it draws power and say that it's merely a black sword to avoid over-powering your character and defying the laws of the Naruverse.

For both jutsu, you say that it varies in power. PLEASE give them both ranks; jutsu cannot simply level up.

Once again, how does this draw power from the moon? It seems completely useless, and once again, defies all logic in the Naruverse. Give drawbacks to these other than that it can only be used when the moon is visible.

I would suggest to put Tsuki into the Inuzuka clan and give her wolves or half-wolves as pets, if you ask me, so that it would be easier for you.

` Simply living in the cold for a while wouldn't make someone resistant to cold. Humans don't just evolve...
` There doesn't seem to really be a kekkei genkai here. Simply explain in the clan history how the clan became able to communicate with wolves and such.
` What kind of crime was it? It doesn't seem like someone would take the time to write out a scroll saying, "Hey, we were booted from Konoha because we did something bad! The ANBU kicked us out. Oh, yeah! The horrid crime we did was--"
` ELABORATE ON THE MYSTERIOUS DEATH OF THE FAMILY.
` If the clan is a branch of the Inuzuka, then they should share some of the same techniques or at least have modified versions of them.
