Staff Search #1!

All right! Going against what I usually do a little - because I want to see how the people I pick's brains works - I'm running a staff search! Yep, that's correct, I'm literally putting out an advertisement on this site specifically that will ask you if you want to be staff!

IMPORTANT NOTES::

1) Okay, even if you think you don't have a chance to become staff, don't use that as a reason not to send in an application! I seriously had this happen once on another site, and after prodding said girl into applying for a position, she actually got the spot! Why? Because I wanted her on staff in the first place!

2) Make sure you are clear and professional with your application.

3) Don't beg or ask whether you're going to be one or not. Your chances dim of that happening.

THE SPOTS

TWO Moderators. One will be recruited by Wednesday-Thursday, and the other a little farther down the road.

That is all we will be looking for at the time being! The spots will be updated as follows:

What you will be required to do once you are staff:

1) Review profiles. Don't wait for someone else to review them, because otherwise it won't get done. Be clear, concise, and PROFESSIONAL.

2) Make sure rules are being abided by in roleplays and on the cbox. More details in the Lair.

3) Help people out! If there's a new member - and technically, all of the members can do this to the best of their ability - then help hem out! If they can't find something, link them to it! However, if it's a question you feel is more appropriate for a higher staff member, then just notify them of that and one of us will get to it as soon as possible.

Quick update!

The search will be closing this Thursday for applications. Thank you to those who have sent one in! The staff will deliberate and decide on a new mod by Friday or Saturday ish. Stay posted!

I'm waiting to fill that third Moderator spot, so if you want to try for a position on staff, don't be afraid to send in an application! Just because you *think* you might not make it as staff doesn't mean you shouldn't try~
