Appearance:

The Body

Misheru stands about 4'10 inches tall and weights about 105 pounds. She is smaller than her brother by nearly a foot, something that she doesn't stand anyone to comment about. She has a scar on the back of her neck that runs down her back about a foot long. On her right wrist she has the kanji words for “Peace and War”. Her skin is rather pale, but freckles can be seen on the skin if someone looks closely enough. Her finger nails are always painted either bloody red or black depending on her mood.

Facial

Her face is narrow and pale just like the rest of her skin. She has light brown eyes, her left eye has a dark brown spot in the left corner of the pupil. She has a burn scar on the right side of her neck. Her hair is blond, short and it seems like most of her front face hangs in her face for the most part. Most of the time her hair does not look like it been brush for days for how wild it seems to be.

Clothing

Around her neck she wears a scarf, it a simple small black one, that nearly looks like a child's scarf to hid the burn mark on her neck. Around both of her middle finger is a dark brown cloth that travels up her arm nearly to her elbow. There are wrinkles where her wrist would be. Around her middle finger of her right hand is a cross ring. There is also another ring on her pinkie finger of the same hand.

She wears a red kimono short sleeve shirt. On the right side of the collar and shoulder part are light brown flowers. She wears a green sash around her around her waist that seems to tuck into her kimono shirt. The green sash has a flower pattern to it has well. There is also a small simple leather belt around her waist, that her whip and katana hooks onto, along with another light brown belt.

Her black skirt is just pass her knees, which hides her shorts that she wears under it in case she is drawn into a fight. Around the bottom of the skirt there is a traveling green vine. The vine starts at her left side and travels around behind her and started to travel up her left side. At the end of the vine is a blossoming red rose. Instead of wearing normal shinobi footwear she tends to wear plain black sandals.

Personality:

The beginning:

When Misheru was younger she was a loving and caring person. She loved to be around anyone that would listen to her, or any animal that came near her so she could pet. She always had a smile on her face, one that faded over time, once she understood the true nature of the Hidden Mist. Before she changed tho she always helped anyone in need, even if she didn't know the person or even if they didn't like her. She was always playful around anyone that should any sign that would play around with her. Her eyes was filled with life, always eager to learn and do more.

The Shatter:

After a few months into the ninja academy in Kiri, her hopes and dreams came crushing in around her. Her eyes that was once was filled with life and joy was now replaced with just desire to change the Hidden Mist village. She no longer seek to help those in need, or even try to smile when others smiled at her. Because of the crimes and death she witness she felt that the worlds biggest death trap was human kind itself.

The Now:

Misheru is very distance in just about everything she does, she tends to try and keep the emotions that boil up inside of her locked away from view of others. She fears most of her emotions, for she thinks that they will give away everything about her. She knows that she can't always keep them to herself but when she does let everything out she rather it be in a place that no one could spy on her. She can not stand when people try to get her to talk about herself and usually end up in a fight where she releases more information about herself more than she wanted to in the first place.

She tends to allow her mouth get away from her at times, when she is annoyed or angry at a choice the village makes and that she doesn't agree on. There a part of her that knows the village will never change but an even smaller part that wish she could help it change. She see the shinobi of the Hidden Mist has nothing but mindless tools for the head of the village something she knows that she is apart of and can't control. She feels more trap by this than angry. She hopes that one day the world will change.

When she is drunk, and she tends to get that was more than once a week, she is usually angry at anything that has ever happened in her past. She usually yells out for attention when she is drunk has well, but most of her regular hangs out knows not to give her too much sake to save themselves of a headache in the long run. She can drink just about her weight in sake until it started to mess with her mind and she is completely wasted.

There are a few that has seen a side of her since before her days at the academy. Those people to her are her best friends and the only people that knows the person that is dying to get out. This is the time that she rare flashes a smile around, but it is one that is actually true to herself and others. When she is like this she likes to read to herself or even play her flute that she has with her.

When she has nothing better to do, she finds herself reading, working on her fighting skills, or watching the streets for anything that might poke at her interest. When she gets bored talking to someone she will simple get up and walk away from them even if they are in a middle of a sentence. Some have old her that she could come off being rude when she does this, but she just tends to shrug her shoulders and walk away from them anyways. She does know when to be respectable and to whom, tho it is rare for anyone outside of that group.

Her twin brother is the only one that does really remember the old Misheru that seemed to fade over time. When she graduated from the academy first, she distanced herself from him due to the fact that if he didn't pass when his turn to graduate then she would no longer have him around to talk to. After years of endless missions and everything, she finally saw him has a genin has well. Their relationship hasn't really improved much simple because of her lack of interest of communicating with him on a personal level now.

Any comment about her being rather short for a shinobi her temper flares. She hates when people do that and treat her like a simple child just because of her being under five feet tall. She normal trys to slice and dice anyone that wants to comment about her height. This is one of her no no...comment if you dare....

History:

Early Life

Misheru and her twin brother Maiku was born on July 1 to Kairu and Arishia Oyamanda. Growing up the two seemed unable to part for each other. Where one went the other one soon to follow. Misheru allows tried to help anyone in the Kirigakura that needed help. She was always saw has the helpful child that seemed to have the heart of gold. Once she even gave her favorite doll to a girl that lost everything in a fire once. Her parents tried to keep Misheru under control and stop her kind acts but with each attempt the young girl just seemed to grow stronger in her will to help other that seemed like the was in need.

At five just a few months before the twins turned six, their father Kairu who was a Chuunin at the moment went on a mission that he didn't return from for nearly four years. The twins didn't understand at the time what being a shinobi was all about, but they knew that they wanted to be one like their father and they begged their mother to allow them to enroll in the academy. Arishia knowing full well what would happen if her children went into the academy at the same time allowed one of them enrolled one year and one the following year. To determine who got to enroll first she placed them through a series of test, and training. She taught them the basic jutsu and fighting techniques.

One day Arishia was learning a basic earth ninjutsu and Misheru who refused to take a beak witness the her mother doing the jutsu. In secret Misheru tried to copy her mother example, one night she succeed but she had used the stone lodging destruction jutsu, she lost control of the jutsu and a rock landed on the back of her neck and shoulder blade. Her mother woke up and saw what her daughter was up to. She ran to the little girl and saw the large gash on the back of her neck. She quickly called out to her son and raced Misheru to the hospital. During that Misheru was knocked out the doctors told Arishia that there was slim chances that Misheru would walk again.

Maika was allowed to enter when they turned six, while Misheru quickly recovered. Within a year Misheru was back to her old self training to become a Shinobi. Her out look on life only deepen to wanting to help people because she would have never recovered if it wasn't for her brother or mother trying their hardest to keep up her spirits.

Academy~The Shatter

During the academy years, and seeing how she was a year behind everyone that was her age, Misheru did anything in her power to catch up to her twins. She was unsure what it meant to be a Shinobi in the hidden mist. Because of her knowledge of taijutsu and her knowledge of most of the basic jutsu, Misheru quickly passed her brother and jumped a year a head of him in the academy. This was something her mother didn't expect her to do after her near death experience but none the less she was happy for her daughter.

As the years in the academy started to closer, Misheru started to hear the stories at how they had to pass into the rank of Genin. A first she didn't want to believe it, there was no way that her village would make innocent children kill each other for a damn test. This was when her faith in human kind was threaten. She didn't want to believe it, she went to her mother and asked about the exam but her mother wouldn't tell her anything. Misheru sat in darkness until she was eleven.

At eleven she was in the select few to graduate a half a year before she was suppose to. It was a special test that tested their knowledge of fighting, smarts, and cheating. The worse part about the test came at the end when they was told to fight each other to the death. A sickening feeling came over Misheru has she only stood there and watched her fellow friends that she had meet started to kill each other simple because they was told to kill.

One of her friends came and started to attacked her. She dodge and brought out her own kunai. She pinned her up against the wall of their fighting arena. “Why Suki....are you doing this...this isn't right...” Tears started to form out of her eyes has her friend could not answer her, only tried to kill Misheru. Misheru did the only thing that she was trained to do, protect and defend herself. At the end of it all, there was only Misheru cover in blood of her friend Suki and others. She no longer was the little helpful girl that she was once was. Her eyes became distance and she could only wish that when her brother took the exam he didn't end up like her friends.

Her mother the next day after the exam took Misheru aside and told her everything about what a Kirigakure Shinobi was meant to do. That was also the day her father came back and he gave her his katana, that had been past down from parent to child since her great grandparents death. Her father started to train her how to use the katana and her mother started to work with her on the earth jutsu.

Genin Arc:

During her time has a Genin she started on a team that recently had one genin killed in a mission. The team was rather older than Misheru herself but because of her skill level she was placed on this team. She was welcome by the team with open arms tho she only withdrew herself from them. She learned everything that she thought that she could from them. One of the team members decided to take her aside and question her about why she was so distance with everyone. The only thing that Misheru could say was that it was required of them as shinobi to do so.

At thirteen the twin travel the a small village, Misheru stopped into the weapon shop to buy a couple of more shurikens but something caught her attention. It was a ten foot whip. She a smile came across her face for the first time in her since the chaos years of the academy. She decided to trade in the rest of her shurikens and kunai and purchased the while. She was not sure about what else the whip could do.

For months she trained with using the whip on her own. She was started to get good at it when her brother came along in the field that she was practicing in. She tilted her head at him because he now wore the headband of the Hidden Mist has well. He finally was able to past the exam and it meant that he wasn't dead. She dropped the whip to the ground and ran to her brother who was now taller than her. She smiled once more again.

At fourteen she took the chuunin exam along with her group. She unlike her team passed the exam without a failure. It was only because of her whip that she defeated a young genin from the Hidden Grass Village. During the last part of the exam she took a lightening base jutsu to her neck burning and scaring the tissue on impacted. She took her whip out and without knowing it released her own chakra into the weapon for the first time. This was when she found out the full potential of her weapon that she picked in a shop. The three blades nearly chopped the Grass Genin to shreds.

Chuunin Arc

When she became a Chuunin, Misheru started to focused more and more on her elemental attacks and fighting with her katana. She didn't want to use her whip so much because of the result of the chuunin exam. She was afraid that she would become a spineless monster like her village wanted her to become, something that she could not allow herself to do. She slowly started to distance herself from her brother and the rest of the family because of the reasons behind being a Shinobi. She was unaware that because of the ideas she had formed in her head was slowly becoming something that she didn't want to be.

During her time training on her own, she meet at Jounin by the name of Kisame. He started to teach her the water jutsu that he knew. She held Kisame in high regards until he betrayed the village and left. She was unsure why he left but she didn't want to know either. He told her become stronger and one day she would find the answer within the village and herself. She had no choice but to follow her teachings tho.

At nineteen she took on a S rank mission with a Jounin and two Genin. She was suppose to be squad leader for the Genin, half way through their missions things turned ugly and their Jounin was captured and killed by a Shinobi of the Hidden Sand. During the mission she also lost one of the Genin. The deaths of the two didn't really seemed to phrased her either. When she returned to the village she gave the missions details. That was the day she was promoted to the rank of Jounin because of her distance with human emotions at that time.

Jounin Arc:

Has her time has Jounin, she worked more and more with her whip and started to understand its power with her chakra. She slowly restarted to work out her relationship with her brother and parents has well. Her views on life and the village has not changed yet nor has her emotional distance to her work. She knows what is required of her and she will get the job down.

Weapons:

Chakra Kakuhan :: A simple looking whip, The grip is made of a raw material only found in Kirigakure. Not many Kirigakure shinobi uses the material for weapon usage. The whip itself is made of horse hair that is braided. At the end of the of the whip is a small metal ball that reacts to the user chakra, three steel blades comes from the ball. The whip itself from grip to tip is ten feet. The three blades are only about two feet long, and can cut through just about anything.

Nushi Oujou Katana [Lovers Death] :: The Shinogi Zukuri style Katana, that Misheru carries with her at all times rests on her back. The rayskin is red, while its ito is black. It is about 30 inches in length, and it got its name for it is the katana that took the life of her great grandmother and great grandfather's. This was the last sword her grea grandfather crafted in his old age before their youngest son (Misheru's great uncle) used it to kill his parents for the blacksmith shop was given to Misheru's grandfather. Since this is has been passed down to the first child that graduates from the academy or makes it through the academy that is. Over time Misheru has placed a hanging pendent of a crystal that hanges about a foot down from the Kashira. They Saya of the sword is red to represent blood.

Known Jutsu:

Mole Hiding Technique [Moguragakure no Jutsu] :: Doton • Moguragakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to burrow into the ground and hide out of sight. This allows them to avoid attack or travel underground.

Revolving Split Earth Palm [Retsudo Tenshou] :: Doton • Retsudo Tenshou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. When the ninja forms the needed handseals and slams their palm to the ground, surrounding rock will begin to churn and twist up crushing all those trapped within it.

Double Suicide Decapitation Technique [Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu] :: Doton • Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will travel through the ground to appear below their target. They will then surprise their target by then pulling them into the ground. Once in the ground their target is thus immobilized.

Stone Lodging Destruction [Iwa Yado Kuzushi] :: Doton • Iwa Yado Kuzushi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside.

Earth Style Wall [Doryuu Heki] :: Doton • Doryuu Heki is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and then spew a line of mud onto the ground. The mud will then grow into a large mud wall to help defend against incoming attack.

Earth Flow River [Doryuu Taiga] :: Doton • Doryuu Taiga is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and transform the ground upon which the enemy stands into a river of mud.

Water Fang Projectile [Suigadan] :: Suiton • Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.

Water Prison Technique [Suirou no Jutsu] :: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Mist Servant Technique [Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu] :: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

False Place Technique [Kokohi no Jutsu] :: Kokohi no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object.

Sly Mind Affect Technique [Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu] :: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over.

Temporary Body Paralysis Technique [Kanashibari no Jutsu] :: Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.

Hidden Mist Technique [Kirigakure no Jutsu] :: Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

It was late at night, and a team of shinobi sat around the camp fire. It was not something they did every now and then, but the team was exhausted after their mission and needed to take a break before they traveled back and reported the mission to the Mizukage. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their time together has they talked about pass experience and jobs they completed. Each of them was roughly about the same age give or take a few years and yet there was one that stood out from them. As if she was too good to talk to the group herself.

She sat near a tree, her katana out and in her hand. She was cleaning the weapon, she did this nearly every day just to make sure the weapon wouldn't rust on her. She told no one of the tail that laid behind this weapon, there was no need to because it was a simple katana that just been pasted down in her family for a couple of decades now and there was really nothing fancy about it. It was her whip that people watched out for, even tho she didn't use it often they knew she could become rather dangerous with it given the right situation she was in.

”Hey shrimp! Why don't you come over here and join...

Without a word Misheru had gotten up and now had her blade against the other Jounin's throat at the moment. Her light brown eyes distance and yet seemed like they was peircing the eyes of the other Jounin. In the distance she heard comments from the other team members ad yet to her they was no where around at the moment it. It was just her and him and he was inches away from death. ”Finish you sentence, and you will go back to the village dead.” There was nothing about her voice her appearance at the moment that told him she was joking. She was a train killer, they all was, and there was just certain buttons that you just didn't cross with train killers, her height was one of them.

` Hardening Jutsu, Earth Corridor, and Rising Water Cutter are all jutsu triggered by another. It wouldn't make sense for Mimi to know these jutsu, because she doesn't have the same trigger. Please disclude these from your application.
` Earth Flow River has no Japanese name included.
` Bursting Water Collision Waves is an extremely advanced jutsu and probably is only able to be used by Kisame because of the sheer amount of chakra is takes to condense the evaporated water into liquid water at the magnitude. Please disclude this as well.
` Kisame probably left the village before he would have time to mentor her in the ways of the Suiton-nin. Have you checked on this age-wise?
