Hikari was a pink head by birth, it wasn't her favorite color for hair but she learned to live with it. Unlike most of the people around her, her skin is pale, very pale and no matter how many tans this girl tries to get, it'd rather stay it pale self. Hikari isn't too tall or too short, she has the average height for a pre-teen, but she is rather skinnier then others.
She's a pretty simple dresser, she doesn't like being too noticeable around others because of what she is wearing. She tends to keep her dresses cool and calm. Most of the time, on missions and in her ninja life she wears white shorts with a white or very light pink blouse . But of course Hikari always comes in hand with a navy blue jacket around her waist and she usually wears it during her missions unless if she encounters an enemy she takes it off.
For many reasons she usually ties her long pink hair high up. The first reason is that she can't stand having her hair get in the way of what she is doing, and the 2nd reasons is that she has no desire for someone to cut her hair by yanking on them.
On her days off Hikari is seen around with a white dress and releases her hair for the wind to run through freely.
Personality:
Hikari is somewhat a complicated girl with a big vengeful mind. She thinks a lot of being a 12 year old, her mind never stops thinking, not once, after one topic is done she thinks about the next. This becomes good for her in battles or it could become a weakness. She is a fast thinker so her strategies are fast and powerful but by thinking too much she finds it that she zones out at times and when she comes back to earth, she finds herself lost.
She is not very strong physically, as she is not good with her health and can be exhausted easily so she tends to stay back during missions and be does the secret attacks.
Hikari is a very pissy, sensitive girl. She can't seem to find it in her heart to forgive anything or anyone who has or had hurt her feelings. She acts innocent at times and will strike you when you less know it, she has a name for being a backstabber.
Hikari trusts no one and whoever trusts her has a big chance of getting hurt. As she is an avenger she doesn't actually hurt people who hasn't done anything to her but, as it says: she's sensitive.
Hikari is mastering her fake smiles which, she thinks, will come in handy on her backstabbing missions. In other words, the girl is an natural actor. She is also known as one of the best liars around.
But, Hikari has this craving for sweets, that could be known as one of her main weakness. Anyone can pursue her to do what they want, if they have her favorite sweets. Hikari finds that she can't get too attach to people or else she won't be able to back stab them. Like sweets for example, how can anyone back stab sweets ?
She also has a big habit of cursing people that she'll kill them but non of her attempts has worked and may never.
History:
Hikari was born in a well-classed family on the days of June, since her youth she has got everything that she had always wanted. Her family was a small family yet it meant alto of the village, her father was a strong and wise shinobi, liked by many people. Her father was the one who was always disciplining Hikari to be a better person to others, unlike her mother who spoils her like she had been spoiled in her childhood.
When Hikari was around the age of 7, her father disappeared during a mission and never came back, years later, people assumed he was dead. The news had broken her mother's heart and her mother banned Hikari from becoming a ninja. Hikari refused to listen to her mother but her mother refused to listen to her excuses.
So she and her mother had a deal, after she had finished the academy, she would quit her life as a ninja and live on as a regular girl. Hikari, of course had an evil mastermind plan behind this. She would become a ninja after her graduation but it would be a ninja that her mother didn't have to know.
During her years in the academy Hikari became more spoiled and selfish, thanks to her mother and thanks to the fact that her father was no longer there to discipline her.
But unfortunate for her, she had no one to teach her true ninja skills. One day while she was going through her father's things she had found his scrolls and there she learned many of his Justus which could make her stronger than the others.
She passed the academy and was put into a three-cell team. She had begged the teacher to make her an individual but he wouldn't listen, she swore she'll kill him oneday.

False Place Technique [Kokohi no Jutsu] :: The kokohi no jutsu is some what a simple genjutsu which allows the user to change the appearence of a object that is nearby.
Hell Viewing Technique [Narakumi no Jutsu ] :: The hell viewing techniqueis an genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The user will cause a circle of leaves to spin around it's traget, once the leaves disappear, everything will return to it's normal view but the traget will see it's horrifying illusion.
Clone Technique [Bunshin no Jutsu] :: The bunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu where you clone a substance to be exactly like you, but if it gets too close to another substance or if it gets hit, it'll basically disappeared.
Transformation Technique [Henge no Jutsu] :: This technique transforms you to anyone or thing of you choice.
Substitution Technique [Kawarimi no Jutsu]: This ninjutsu let's it's user substitute with some of it's weight when it's hit.
Fireball [Endan] :: Endan is a fire element ninjutsu where it allows the user to blow a fireball out from the user's mouth.
Dragon Fire Technique [Ryuuka no Jutsu] :: First of all the user is to bind it's target, then she uses a string or a wire to unleash a large amount of torrential fire burst onto the target.

"How long am I going to have to stay here?" Hikari asked herself as she looked out of her window as she sits on it's sides. Hikari had a mission to do, okay it wasn't something very important it was just a D rank but still she had to have it done before the sun sets. "Why isn't that woman going out yet?" she asked herself, getting a bit pissed off.
The woman, her so-called mother, had told her that she would be at her friend's house all day for tea, but yet she isn't leaving and if she didn't leave that that means that Hikari couldn't leave for her mission. Oh why? Well it's very simple, she doesn't know that Hikari is a buttkicking ninja.
And it's very obivous that Hikari doesn't want her so called mother to know. She sighed as she fanned herself from the sun, "I don't have all day here " she said under her breath as she heard her front door opening.
"Hikari dear, I am going over for tea, you be a good girl now." she said as Hikari looked down from her window to her mother.
"Yea, yea" Hikari replied, as the mother took off.
Hikari jumped up on the roof, "arh," she said, looking at the sun, "I only have 2 hours left, darn it" she cursed as she jumped from one roof to another, getting to her place faster. "I am soo going to kill her one day" she swore again, she had lost count on how many times she had swore to kill her mother. Her plans so far were failures.
Hikari arrived as the painter started yelling at her for being late. Her mission was to paint the brown wall, light brown. What was the point in this anyways ? But Hikari let that aside, a mission was a mission so she took the paint brush and started painting it. Her attempts to kill her mother was always a failure, she had wondered why sometimes. Of course Hikari thought that the last time she had tried killing her mother would be a success. Kay, maybe throwing down stones at her mother like it was an accident from a window was not so much of a good attempt but you couldn't blame her, she was 10 at that time.
She moaned at the paint brush as she kept painting, why paint the brown wall light brown ? It would be the same as painting black over black. She swore she'll kill the painter. . . one day.
