Appearance:
Aya stands about 5'3 and weights about 134 pounds. She has slender build to her, like most of her family does. She does not hide behind jackets or baggy clothing for the most part. She wears a black long sleeve shirt that flares at the ends allow her bugs to crawl out from underneath her sleeve. On each sleeve there are two holes cut out from the sleeve and her index finger goes into the holes allowing very little movement of her sleeves. She wears dark blue pants that cut off just after her knees, and her kunai pouch on her left thigh. Tied tightly around a belt loop of her plants, hands her Konoha headband.
On her right arm she has her ANBU tattoo, it being on the right side tells that she is a female in the rank. She also has a scar on her right side from the blade she took when she was Genin. On her left wrist she has a rainbow tattoo twisting up to her elbow, and on her right she had a trail of small bugs twisting up to her elbow. On her ankle she also has a flame to represent the Will of Fire that her parents and sensei aways seemed to talk about.
Like most of the Aburame she wears a very unemotional face about her, it somewhat seems sad, but the young lady is far from sad. Her hair is black just like the rest of the two clans she is apart of, but she wears it straight down and most of the time it falls in front of her face. On each of her ears, she wears three earrings. Her eyes are dark brown but now are hidden under a pair of sunglasses. Once she got her prescription glasses the weight that was on her ears and nose just seemed a miss and she took up wearing the sunglasses like most of the Aburame Clan members. On the left side of her sunglasses hangs a spider pendent.
ANBU wear When she is acting like an ANBU and not a Jounin, she wears the usually ANBU outfit. That means she doesn't wear her sunglasses, or her Konoha headband. There is nothing that ties her to being apart of any clan of Konoha unless she uses either of their techniques. Her katana is on her right shoulder, and her mask is of bear face. She wears the plating on her arms and legs, has well has on the front of her body. She wears a black jumpsuit has well that has no sleeves. Her gloves come up to mid arm pass her elbow, so there are times where she can call on her bugs and they use the pours from her shoulder to come out.
Bag: Of course she is a Aburame after all, she carries are bag that has one strap to place around herself. Its a gray color bag, that carries her supplies and her cases for bugs that she finds interesting when she out on a mission. She doesn't carry the bag while she working has an ANBU.
Personality:
Aya has characteristics that both come down to being a Nara and Aburame. There are times when she is rather hyper for the most part but somehow doesn't allow that to show every often because of her Aburame upbringing. Sitting still for so long without a word when she was younger made sure that she didn't talk that much mainly to her parents tho. Around her two best friends Kyoten and Baito they bring out her hyper side and she just enjoys being around them. She would do anything for those two.
When Aya can not find something important to do and when she is off, some times she could be seen watching the clouds, or sleeping somewhere that she finds comfortable. She does like to read a few books here and there but that is usually reserved for when she is about to go to bed. She also enjoys collecting some insects that look neat to her.
The Aburame side of her tends to be quiet for the most part, specially when she is around anyone else from the Aburame clan. It annoys her tho to be around anyone from the Aburame side for too long mainly because she hates the silent that comes of it. The only other Aburame that she tends to get along rather well with his her father, who she has always been close to.
She does tend to over think things and be slightly head of her opponent. There are times tho that her logic falls her and she relays on her gut instincts to take over for her. She also enjoys a game of Shoji with the Nara side, because she can sometimes outsmart them herself tho it rare for her to do so.
Her relationship with her parents is a confusing one for her. She grew up with a rather strict mother who came from the Nara clan and a rather easy going father from the Aburame clan. They taught her how to be a shinobi to help her with her failing eyesight, and yet when they found out that she was a ANBU they didn't understand one bit of her actions she took. Since finding out about her being in the ANBU she has moved out of the house and into her own apartment.
Aya loves to laugh and most of the time there are very few people that could get her to laugh. She also loves having a bowl of ramen with her friends, and don't mind sharing a bowl either. She likes to be around people for the most part even if she isn't that talkative towards them.
History:
Five years before Aya was born, there was a female Nara name Anei, who fell in love with a Aburame male name Emishi. They had meet on a mission outside of the village. Sure the two had heard about each other but never had work together until that missions. Tho it took another two years before the two to come out and say what as needed of them. They was married after another two years, and a year later Anei gave birth to their only child which they named Aburame Ayako, or Aya for short.
Like the rest of the children that was born into the Aburame clan, Aya became host to the famous bugs just a few hours after her birth. The bugs that was inside of her chewed away at her chakra more so than most. A great part of her chakra at the time was centered around her eyes, this started to give way to sight problems for the young girl. By the time she was two, she was already in a pair of strong glasses just to be able to see.
At four her father noticed that the bugs that was inside his young daughter was not responding right to her chakra. That was when he asked his Hyuuga Team mate that he had known from his own Genin days to look at her chakra system. It was then that Emishi and Anei was told that the bugs was eating away intensely at the chakra that was around her eyes that was effecting her eye sight. Not only that but also making it where other chakra supply that was in her system being drawn to her eye area.
It was then that both her father and mother decided to teach their daughter the way of the Aburame and Nara at the same time in hope to balance out her chakra system to its natural state. They was worried that Aya would not be able to last long if she didn't start to control her own chakra supply and the bugs that she played host to.
At first it was decided that she would start with learning to do the Shadow Possession Jutsu, since it required chakra and patience from the younger girl. At first all Aya wanted to do was play with her toys, or outside with the other children her age. It was then her mother took away her toys and locked them up in the closet. Aya cried for hours for her toys, not understanding what she did wrong to get her toys token from her like this. She threw off her glasses and broke them. Her mother didn't take to good to the fact that she just broke something expensive and she needed. Anei used her own Shadow Possession Jutsu on Aya and they sat still for an hour, every time Aya spoke her whined about something Anei would quickly shh the girl up.
Aya learned quickly to the fact to be quite when her mother was trying to teach her something, or talk for that matter. It took a week before her new pair of glasses to come in, in that week she had dealt with being possessed by her mother each day, and it annoyed her to the point of doing what she was told to. Once she got her new pair of glasses, her mother made her sit still for a bit of time in the center of their training room that they had in the house. The training room was in located up stairs, and the other rooms was located downstairs. There was a door leading up to the upstairs that they locked so Aya wouldn't wonder up to the training room and get hurt in it. Those days that Aya was made to sit still turned into hours at time to teach her patience. Every time she spoke or whined another hour was add to her sitting still.
Then it was Emishi turn to show her all about the insects that was inside of her. Aya learned to deal with all the sort of bugs that was around the house. This was her love of creatures small flourish. She took to being host to a hive of insects rather well. Inside of playing with her toys when her mother and father saw fit that she had learned patience enough to have them back she stuck to playing more and more with her insects then other children. When she was around other children she did play with him but made sure they didn't step on any bugs. The girls that she played with wouldn't go near her if she had her bugs out with her.
At the age of six, both her parents saw fit to send her to the academy to work more on her chakra, and even jutsu there. It would give her more practice with her skills that was already improving. Has for her failing eye sight, the bugs was slowly starting to tear away from just eating away at the chakra around her eyes and her eyes started to slowly repair themselves throughout the years that she was in the academy. Being a Nara meant two things for her, being lazy and yet at the same time being rather smart for her age. She didn't fail living up to both of those marks in school. She was constantly bringing home marks against her for daydreaming in class or failing on her paper exams. Her mother being a Nara herself couldn't help but be stricter with her daughter. Each mark against her meant and hour with siting in the training room without a word. The seven year old Aya took this time to play with her bugs or actually just take a nap herself. Her mother soon realized that this method of discipline was not working on Aya. Instead she started to make her do a large amount of house chores.
When she was ten, Anei went on a mission. This left Emishi and Aya alone in the house for about two weeks. This was when Aya and Emishi bonded most so than most of the Aburame Clan did. Emishi taught her how to make the Bug Clone and use her insects to gather more insects that was in the area around her. This was when she caught her first true bug that was out in the open. She caught a ookamikumo (wolf spider) in her backward. She took it into the house and held it up to her father, he smiled down to the girl and gave her a glass case to place it in. This was her very first pet that she named Mushi.
She graduated even with her poor marks at the age of elven, along side of a Hyuuga Boy and Inuzuka boy named Baito. The Hyuuga boy, named Kyoten, was from the branch family and he was most of the time hyper active towards the other two on his team. This was something that Aya welcomed for the most part because she didn't get this at home. The boys taught her how to be herself and not this clan premade personality of being quiet or anything. The three of them got a long just fine from the start. Tho sometimes she could be seen sleeping under a tree, while other times she could be caught training with her father or mother on her different clans ability. Tho her team focused more on her natural ability with the Aburame Clan, she barely had time to work on her shadow jutsu. Her shadow jutsu seemed to fade away has more and more she relayed on her bugs to fight. With these two on her team there was no time to make or even attempt to use her shadow.
One night during a mission, their little camp was ambushed by same rogue ninjas. Aya was seriously hurt despite the bugs that dwell inside of her. She took a hit by a sword to her rib cage, it took her insects a few hours to repaid the damage to her, and during that time she was completely knocked out. Their sensei took her home after they got to the village and told her parents what happened. Her sensei also expressed that it seemed like Aya was having problems with her eye sight again and asked her parents to have them check out once more.
A few days later after the mission, her mother took her down to have her eyes checked once more, to her mother and her surprise the glasses she was wearing was too strong for her, and she was given a new pair of glasses. Her mother during the time that it took her to get the new pair of glasses made her learn the Shadow Neck Bind Technique. This was a extremely hard jutsu for Aya to control herself, it took to much of her chakra out of her to do this. She made a point not to show her shadow jutsu to many people because most of them just thought that she was a Aburame and not a Nara.
When she was thirteen, her sensei signed them up for the Chuunin Exam. The first part was easy for all three of them. Kyoten used his Byakuga, while Baito used his mutt, and Aya used her bugs to gather the needed answers from the Chuunins that was acting like Genin at the moment. It wasn't hard for her to pick out who was the Chuunin, her bugs had picked up on who was answering the questions other than guessing themselves. They passed the first part. The second part they was picked on for being a weak team.
A team of Rain ninja decided to try and take their scroll from them. Aya quickly thought of way to take the other scroll from the team. She allowed Kyoten to shoot off his mouth like he was prone to do, and Baito to smell out the weaker one. Once she knew who she had to worry about she used her bugs on the second strong one and used her shadow possession on the stronger one allowing Kyoten to deal with the weaker one. Just by luck she picked the one with the scroll. She made the genin to hand over the scroll easily to her and then rested the shadow possession and drew back her bugs just in time for the Rain genins to be attacked by one of their own. They made it to the rest of the second part of the exam without fail and a few scratches here and there.
During the month off for them to train their skills. Aya got extremely sick, she was laid up in before for nearly two weeks, cutting back on her training. It wasn't about team work in the last bit, tho she wasn't worried one bit at the time. Once she recovered from her fever she quickly took up training in her back yard and worked on her hand to hand combat and her insects. She didn't work on her shadow skills seeing how it drain her to use that and she was not use to using the skills either.
The day of the last and finally exam, Aya quickly beat up her first opponent, with some fancy foot work and her bugs. They was in the final round, she had made it where both of her team mates was taken out during the first round. She was up against a Rock ninja that used the earth alignment. It made her retreat back into the shadows of the field. She bent down and looked around her surroundings for a moment. She recalled her mother nagging voice at how the shadows worked. She was already low on chakra and knew she didn't have much time to use the jutsu if it worked. She allowed some bugs to fly out from under her sleeve and made a clone of her, the bug clone did exactly what she wanted to do, lure the Rock ninja closer to her. She performed the Shadow Possession jutsu without fail and it reached the target. With the help of the shadow of the field, it allowed her to reserve enough chakra to use the neck blinding technique. The other genin passed out just has Aya lost control of the neck blind. She was the one that came out on top of the exams, but she didn't celebrate right off the back, soon after she was declare the winner she passed out herself for using so much chakra at the moment. None the less she was promoted to Chuunin, without her teammates.
A year later after she was promoted to Chuunin her two team mates was already promoted to the rank of Chuunin along side of her. This was also when she was told that she didn't have to wear glasses anymore, so she took them off. It felt different not to have the weight of the glasses on her ears and noes and she quickly turned to wearing a pair of sunglasses just like the rest of the Aburame, tho she had yet to take up wearing the coat that most of her Aburame clan wore. Her father took and placed a spider charm hanging down from her sunglasses because of her pet spider had died on her.
At seventeen she took the Jounin exam. She was gone for nearly three months, away from family and friends. It was a test of her skills. She excelled in tracking and capturing. This caught the site of the ANBU more so than it did with the ranks of Jounin. For the two extra months that she was gone, she was training under the care of a ANBU instead of a Jounin. There she learned more about controlling her chakra and placing a cap on how much the bugs inside of her ate away at her chakra.
When she came home she had the tattoo on her right shoulder that marked her has an ANBU, tho she was given the rank of Jounin during her time away from her family and friends. Because she wears the long sleeve clothing when she is working has a Jounin no one can pick up that she is in the ANBU. Her parents believe that she is just an Jounin. She also started to save money to get out of her parents home.
When she was twenty-two, she was on a mission that totally took her by surprise has a Jounin. She was knocked out during the night when her bugs in took some poison. Her teams, the Hyuuga and Inuzuka boy was with her at the time has she was the leader. They choose to take Aya to her father to allow him to help her has she started to spike a fever over a hundred. Her mother pulled off her top shirt to make sure there was no major damage to her skin that needed medical attention. That was when her parents saw the mark of the ANBU on her shoulder.
Once her father was able to neutralize the poison that was running into her system and her fever broke her parents had a handful of questions for her. Most of their questions she was forbidden to answer for a number of reasons. She looked aways from her parents for the most part, she had became what they wanted her to becoming right? She didn't understand why they was upset at her for doing what she did best. Soon after she moved out and into her own apartment. She was one of the ANBU that was there in her ANBU cloak when the Sand and Sound attacked the village.
During the last few years she started to work on element jutsu, she have master more of both her Nara and Aburame abilities. It does take more out of her to use her Nara ability but then again it takes more for her to use her earth jutsu has well. She easily tires after both of these uses.

Known Jutsu: Temporary Paralysis Technique [Kanashibari no Jutsu] :: This jutsu is only ever taught to ANBU. By forming chakra in the user's middle and index fingers, they can then quickly jab someone in the eyes, on the forehead, or at the base of the skull to send a shockwave of chakra through the nervous system. This debilitates the user for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody. This jutsu can also be used from afar on multiple targets.
Time Reversal Technique [Jigyaku no Jutsu] :: This technique puts the target in a state of reverse hypnosis, allowing them to remember details that they otherwise would not. The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis.
Bug Clone Technique [Mushi Bushin no Jutsu] :: Using the Kikaichū bugs living in their body, the user can create a copy of themselves or anyone else they choose. The clone falls apart into its component bugs when struck. Because they're made of bugs, the clones can reform almost instantly.
Bug Gathering Technique [Mushi Yose no Jutsu] :: By simply touching a surface, the user releases a small web of chakra that draws bugs to their location.
Bug Jar Technique [Mushi Kame no Jutsu] :: This jutsu uses the Kikaichū bugs living in the user's body as a shield by having them fly in a dome shape at high speed. The dome is strong enough to destroy incoming attacks, but can be disrupted with sufficient explosive force.
Destruction Bug Host Technique [Kikaichū no Jutsu] :: The Aburame clan is famed for their use of insects in their jutsu. When a child is born, their body is offered to insects, called destruction bugs, as a nest. The bugs feed and live off the chakra that the body stores and in return the ninja gets to control and command the bugs, using them as their primary fighting technique. These bugs have the ability to drain chakra through physical contact with the enemy
Secret Technique: Insect Cocoon [Hijutsu: Mushi Miyu] :: This unique jutsu is a secret technique that allows the user to increase the speed of insects' development. As the user's body is already a hive of sorts for the insects, the user will encase himself in an actual cocoon to further aid the insects. This is an extremely useful move for Aburame clan members, since their attacks mainly focus on the usage of bugs. However, using this in the midst of a battle can be potentially dangerous as it leaves the user static and vulnerable.
Secret Technique: Insect Sphere [Hijutsu: Mushidama] :: By using the destruction bugs, members of the Aburame clan surround their opponent with thousands of bugs, making a globe of bugs around the opponent beforehand to completely trap them. Once trapped, the bugs would normally drain the chakra and swallow their victim. The bugs covering the victims body prevent movement, but should they escape the bugs will follow them.
Shadow Possession Jutsu [Kagemane no Jutsu] :: The Shadow Imitation Technique allows the user to extend their shadow for as far as it has sufficient area. Once it comes into contact with a target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements. Therefore, the two can throw shuriken at each other at the same time if the user desires that. (Of course, to prevent hurting themselves, the user just has to have the shuriken holster in a place where you don't normally have it, like the back.) If the target is out of range, the user can produce a better light source to increase their shadow's size or rely on preexisting shadows for their shadow to freely travel through.
The major downside of the Shadow Imitation is that it is tiring to use repeatedly; Hidan notes that the ability is subject to some form of diminishing return and decreases in potency after repeated use. If the user is low on chakra, the performance rate of the technique also deteriorates. Insufficient lighting will make the jutsu less effective. A particularly strong opponent can also resist the shadow's forced imitation.
Shadow Neck Bind Technique [Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu] :: After capturing an opponent with the Shadow Imitation Technique, the user can then further extend their shadow up to the target's throat in the shape of a hand, which chokes them to death. Also, if the Shadow Imitation Technique isn't making the opponent copy their movements, this can be used to bind opponent's body in order to restrain them. The closer the user is to their opponent, the tighter the strangle will become. This technique cannot be used for an extended period of time.
False Place Technique [Kokohi no Jutsu] :: Kokohi no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object.
Sly Mind Affect Technique [Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu] :: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over.
Earth Release: Earth Style Wall [Doton: Doryūheki] :: This jutsu creates a protective wall of earth. It becomes a shield to attacks that are meant for head on. B-rank, defensive, short range. Hand Seals, Tiger with left, Ox with right adjust Ox above tiget.
Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique [Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu] :: This technique changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground, one can sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach
Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique [Doton: Shinjū Zanshu no Jutsu] :: The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down the opponent so that only their head is above ground. Unable to move, the opponent can easily be decapitated or tortured.

Aya walked out with Shono and with holding his hand, there was nothing that was going to get her to let go of it at the moment. She felt rather happy at the moment because she was with Shono, and this was something that she hadn't really experience in some time for a long period of time like this. Even with the meeting with her parents and brother that didn't really go that well she was happy because she was with Shono. She took a deep breath and reminded her self to focus slightly on what was going on at the moment and not to worry about anything that might catch her attention.
True at the moment she would rather be anywhere but here at the moment. Tho the meeting with his mother was a positive one, she was unaware what to expect from his father. Shono had been the only Nara that she had full meet because of the the clans that did live in the village tend to stay to themselves other than mingle among themselves for the most part other than being on a team.
When the entered the living room for the second time, Aya's dark eyes noticed right away how his parents was sitting nearly just like how her own parents was sitting at first when her father finally moved closer to her mother. This sight alone made her wanted to giggle but for once she held it down in the bottom of her throat at the moment and waited for Shono to introduce her to his father. She waved slightly to him when she was introduced to him.
She waited for him to say something, and what he said was not exactly what she thought he would say to her but it was interesting to say the less at the moment. She giggled slightly nearly every time Masami nudged Hideo in the arm to watch what he was saying to her has if it had offended her. No it had done the opposite really, it was the first time that someone really connected the two right of the back and had the guts to talk to her opening about it. For that Hideo already earned her respect.
She giggled slightly mainly to herself has she gathered her thoughts for a moment, she looked over to Shono and smiled back, there was no need for him to say sorry to her about this. She was going to enjoy this at the moment. She slowly pulled up her hand from Shono, and pulled up her sleeves on both arms revealing the two tattoos there. ”Actually, my father was quiet understanding with my peircings and tattoos.” She pointed to the first set on ear rings in her ears. ”I got these when I started at the academy, the other set when I became a Chuunin, and the third set when I was eighteen. All three of my tattoos I got since I was eighteen. My father really didn't mind really, he has a few himself actually that many don't know that he has.” She giggled slightly and pulled down her sleeves.
She pushed her hair out of her face at the moment and looked around slightly once more. Her eyes returned to Hideo when she looked liked that she was about to speak one more. ”You are right they do seem cold and stuck up most of the time. Shono himself witness that first hand with my father, and one of my aunts today. I really get the same treatment there because I am so active and out going. The reason because of this because I have ADHD and I don't take my medication because it makes me few awful and not myself.”
She kinda hoped that neither one of his parents would mind that she was being so open with them but then again she was always open with people. It didn't matter how long that she had known them, it seemed like Hideo was trying to understand exactly who she was and what better way then being has open to them has she was with other people. She didn't mind him asking her about her clan or anything like that. Most just saw what they wanted to see and thought that she was just like them but for those that saw her different just turned around and walked away from her, Shono, Bunju, Masami, and now Hideo it seemed was not going to just be like that.
