Hm, well there are a few things I can see you have done well and a few things you need to improve on. His personality is portrayed quite well, his sweet tooth included, I am reading the "Weasel Treats" posts you have made and it is good seeing how he reacts with Kisame. Maybe not having him annoyed so easily, it appears to me that in the anime/manga Itachi only gets annoyed if the shark-dude ignores what he says ect. The other thing I noticed is a lot of your posts are short, under 250 words, and because your paragraphs tend to be smaller, it looks like there are less words than there actually are. I normally aim for 100 words per paragraph. A few ways to improve post length are: - Adding the characters thoughts
- His, some-what limited, feelings on a situation
- Just plain details! The amount of difference that descriptions can make is amazing.
Hope I don't seem too harsh/rude but Itachi is a cool character and having him played well makes threads he is involved in a lot better. If you want any more help with post length, I am happy to help, or better yet-ask a staff member -Tsuki

Here's a thing I absolutely adore about cold, calculating characters: they can think things into the ground and look no different than how they do at all other times. I mean that when you need more detail, it is in such a character's nature to have a lot of thoughts. Keep this in mind because it looks out of character if you lack for inner musings.
And actually, out of all the Akatsuki, Itachi is uncharacteristically curtious and polite, to his fellow members, his partner, and his enemies. He compliments when fighting, he works well in sync with Kisame (who I think almost regards him as a friend), and he doesn't outwardly try to inspire conflict. Remember that he is a pacifist, even though he looks like an emo badass on the outside.
He must have so much hidden behind those deep scarlet eyes of his (probably the reason why they pan onto them in the anime so much), and you at least need to show some of that inner restraint and anguish. He is one of the most complex characters in the series.
That all said, don't rely on spoilers to fill his thoughts with every post. You should know what I mean without my elaborating. If he always pondered said spoilers, he would become readable eventually.
Otherwise, grammar, spelling, and LENGTH. And stay true to his silent yet polite nature. That ought to be it for now.
I think I'll cut myself off before I go into a full rant. He's my fave Akatsuki member after all...>.>
