Tenzo is a man who is tall to a point; 178 cm. He has onyx colored eyes and dark brown hair; which is sorta ragged and spiky all the same. In his ANBU gear he wears a cats mask which has green and red face pain on it. He wears a grey vest over the black leotard he has underneath, with armbands the same color as the leotard. He carries a black lengthened sword on his back which has bandages wrapped around near the guard and halfway on the hilt. He wears the same black pants as most of the ANBU agents, same for his shoes.
As a jonin on the other hand he wears the usual get up, a green vest over his blue shirt which is connected to his chin down. His shuriken holster is on the right leg above the knee. He's seen wearing the Nidaime Hokage-esque forehead protector
Personality:
Yamato projects a calm, stoic demeanor in stressful situations; i.e as training the knucklehead ninja Naruto, or when fighting Sasuke. He shows that he's different from his sempai in not contemplating fear when they don't do something correctly. He is open to any suggestions during missions, to help the progression go smoother. He isn't the smartest tactician, such as Shikamaru, but he is quite clever in situations that may appear too tough for him to squeeze by. He also has the knack to put fear in his comrades even if he doesn't want to; meaning that he was an intimidating ANBU. Tenzo clearly states he is a patient man, but is not afraid to use fear to apply his leadership.
He can also be quite laid back when not on duty. His main weakness seems to be how gullible he is to his 'sempai'. While helping Kakashi train Naruto, he can be seen doing all of the work. Creating tough situations for Naruto, while keeping the Kyuubi sealed within Naruto as he trained. He sometimes complains how annoying it is to have Kakashi sit around and do nothing while he does all the work, but hates the fact that Kakashi is usually right about everything. He shows no amount of fear, however he will not hesitate to retreat if the situation looks bleak.
History:
Shortly after his birth, Yamato was one of 60 infants that became test subjects of Orochimaru. They were injected with the First Hokage's DNA in the hopes that they could replicate the First's ability to use Wood Release techniques, as well as an unquantified ability to control tailed beasts. Orochimaru was forced to flee Konoha before he could finish his experimentation, but believed that all of his test subjects had died.
Yamato, however, was the lone survivor, and found himself endowed with the First's abilities. Yamato would go on to join the ANBU, and for a time he would serve under the guidance of Kakashi Hatake. Yamato would also come to have the best performance record of any ANBU serving under the Third Hokage, leading the Third's successor, Tsunade, to have the utmost confidence in Yamato.

The two paragraph bit here, not really going to fly. He is 26, there has to be something to how he gotten to ANBU in 26 years besides the fact that he was given the First Hokage's DNA. Give him some sort of a background. Please.
