Blue and Cloudless skies greeted Konoha as many people started their commute to either work, training or out and about in the village, which included a familiar Inuzuka boy. Given the day off, Kiba had decided to take the day and relax, since he had been training his heart out with his team for the past couple of weeks and felt like he needed to just unwind a bit. It wasn't hard to spot the boy however, as he and his huge Ninja hound Akamaru were playing fetch in the park and were quite loud enough for anyone to acknowledge the pair's presence.
"Akamaru!! Here boy!! Go get this stick!!" Kiba yelled, whipping a fairly good sized twig across the park walkway for the big dog to chase after happily, barking happily the whole way. Most people would question the Inuzuka's method to "kicking back and relaxing", but this was truly fun to Kiba and Akamaru, who both loved the simple things in life, a simple gnaw on some gristle, a good chew toy for Akamaru and stuff of that sort. For Kiba however, his standards changed once he and Ino had started to see each other, which now made Kiba want to be around her twice as much.
Unfortunately, the Yamanaka girl was working in the flower shop and as much as he enjoyed helping her in there or chatting it up with her, Kiba figured he'd just stay out of the way today while she worked and dealt with customers. Plus to add in the worse part, he didn't believe in most of the gossip that traded hands while in there, sure he'd listen to it, but never take it to heart, well most of the time anyway.
As Kiba stood, waiting for Akamaru to bring the huge stick back to him, the Inuzuka couldn't help but think of his newfound love and how well the two worked together and cared for one another. All he wanted to do was pass the time and see his blonde haired beauty, all while staying out of trouble and out of any huge gossip rings, surely he could do that in the safety of the park, right?
