History:

At the start of the series, Konohamaru felt unacknowledged due to his status as the Third Hokage's grandson, always being recognized only as the "Honorable Grandson". Although he had only recently begun to attend the Academy, he constantly attempted surprise attacks on his grandfather so that he could defeat him and thus acquire the acknowledgement of the Hokage name. Although Ebisu, his tutor, tried to discourage this, it was only through Naruto's influence that Konohamaru realized that there would be no shortcuts to becoming Hokage. Instead, it is a dream that would take many years of hard work and discipline to realize.

Konohamaru made a few other staggered appearances as Part I progressed, either trying to spend time with Naruto or simply trying to be helpful. After his grandfather's death, Konohamaru briefly lost interest in Naruto's guidance, feeling the restoration of the village to be more important. When Tsunade attempted to take on the position of Hokage, Konohamaru didn't accept her due to his opinion that she couldn't compare to his grandfather. After Tsunade demonstrated her strength and medical abilities to him, however, Konohamaru accepted her as the Third's successor.

After the timeskip, the Konohamaru Corps had become a Genin team under Ebisu. In the anime, Konohamaru and his team were given the same mission as Naruto's team when they had first become Genin (the runaway cat). Konohamaru stated that he would become the Seventh Hokage, and that Naruto would be the Sixth. Tsunade described Konohamaru as the second Naruto. When Naruto returned after his two and a half years of training, he introduced himself by showing off his new and improved Sexy Jutsu, only to be told by Naruto that they were no longer children and should not use such techniques, only to reveal that he had improved it himself, and was almost about to use it when he was smacked around by Sakura, in turn scaring Konohamaru and his friends.

~ Kage Bunshin no Jutsu

~ Rasengan [Rasengan] :: The Rasengan doesn't require any hand seals to use, relying only on the chakra control of the user. Once it's complete it becomes self-sustaining, which does not give Rasengan a definite limit like its counterpart, the Chidori. The compacted nature and moving speed of the chakra allows the Rasengan to grind into whatever it comes in contact with, inflicting major damage. This also tends to launch the target backward once hit. In an anime filler arc, Naruto was able to perform this jutsu as a mid-range projectile technique by somehow throwing it into a wall. The Rasengan was designed to use the caster's elemental affinities. Minato was unable to add his affinities to his Rasengan before he died. Kakashi tried to add his lightning element to the Rasengan, but was unable to and explains that he uses the Chidori and Lightning Blade instead, which requires a certain point of shape manipulation and nature manipulation itself. Genjutsu:

~ Pudding Pudding Technique [Puri Puri no Jutsu] :: This is a new variation formation of the Sexy Technique. Using the skills Naruto taught them, Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon will transform into three buxom women. Konohamaru will transform into the night on the town "Custard Pudding" ("Fashion Model" in the dub), Moegi into the beach going "Egg Pudding" ("Movie Star" in the dub), and Udon into the nurse "Milk Pudding" ("Tanning Salon Receptionist" in the dub). All three will then bounce their large breasts to shock and titillate their opponents into unconsciousness. Naruto felt the technique still lacked more "oomph." Any range. No hand seals. ~ Sexy Technique [Oiroke no Jutsu] :: The Sexy Technique is simply a Transformation Technique used to transform the user into a beautiful, nude woman (or a woman in a bathing suit, as seen in episode 177 and the Naruto video games). Naruto uses it to distract or win over men, sometimes leading to an exaggerated nosebleed by the victim. It has proven effective against the likes of the Third Hokage, Jiraiya, and Ebisu. Any range. ~ Sexy: Double Knockout Girls Technique [Oiroke: Onna no Ko Dôshi no Jutsu] :: Konohamaru's own version of the Harem Technique, Konohamaru first creates a shadow clone of himself. He and the clone then transform into two naked and well endowed women in a suggestive pose. Naruto Uzumaki approves of the jutsu's use, while girls (such as Sakura and Moegi) think it is perverted and worth hitting Konohamaru for using. Any range. No hand seals. D-Rank, Supplementary.

~ Sexy: Double Knockout Guys Technique [Oiroke: Otoko no Ko Dôshi no Jutsu] :: The alternative to the Sexy: Double Knockout Girls Technique, this technique has the same effect on women as the original has on men. Konohamaru first creates a shadow clone of himself. He and the clone then transform into nude versions of Sasuke Uchiha and Sai in a suggestive embrace. Sakura Haruno approves of the jutsu's use, while Naruto Uzumaki thinks it is perverted and worth hitting Konohamaru for using. Any range. No hand seals. D-Rank, Supplementary.
