Kira isn't one to stand out from the crowd, her appearance can be considered plain, the all around girl except a much darker version. She has ivory skin that contrasted against her grey eyes as well as her long ebony hair that falls around her hips, Kira hair is naturally straight which to her she find a blessing as its one less thing to bother worrying about when she looks in the mirror, she doesn't bother to wear make up or pretty clips and pins in her hair as she feels they make her look stupid and childish.
At an average height of 5ft 8ins, Kira is often considered tall amongst her family line and village, she has a slender build, small hands, wrists and feet accompanied by bony shoulders. Kira is slightly curvy, though her chest is fairly small, her waist is even smaller but not to the extent that you could be able to wrap you're hands around it. On Kira's right shoulder is a black tattoo which she has had since her birth, the markings are a symbol of her clan.
Kira's clothing style differs from what she is doing, but her usual outfit is a of black shorts, a black crop top that stops just past her breasts, and a pair of tall black boots. strapped upon Kira's thigh is a small pouch of explosive scrolls as well as poison darts, on her left forearm is leather band strapped upon it is several Kunai. Lastly on her back Kira carries her most prized possession, her doubled sided Axe which on the edge of the blade has the same marking that lay upon her shoulder.
Personality:
Kira is the kind of person that could confuse you very easily, pretty much on the verge of being diagnosed Bi-polar. At first she seems to be a pretty normal girl, chatty, welcoming and often very smiley but in a blink of an eye it all changes, Kira becomes reckless and aggressive with a foul mouth. Her anger is usually triggered by many things, such as being touched or being talked over as well as many others. You can always tell when Kira gets angry, firstly her fists will start to shake, her pupils will get much smaller and a large vein will appear on her forehead.
Though it is easy for her to get angry it is very hard to make her happy again unless she feels compelled to return to her happy mood. Kira doesn't like compliments, she thinks that most of them are lies or have something behind them, she also hates loud noises, manic laughing and people that smile too much.
Kira, again hates to be compared to girly girls as she seems them as a totally different species from her, while they paint their nails and gossip about boys she'd much rather light a cigarette and bad mouth an elderly person.
Compared to the amount of thing's that she dislikes and hates she also has a number of thing's that she enjoys and these tend to trigger her happiness. A few of her favorite things consist of white flowers, camping out in the wilderness especially when she can stare at the flames of a bonfire, she imagines the flames as two dancing figures making them almost seem magical. Kira also enjoys the odd glass of sake.
Though since the death of her Brother her personality has changed signifcantly. She likes to keep to herself and whenever the oppurtunity arises she will not hesitant to use somebody for her own personal benefit. From village to village she will sell information and kill people for money to pay for her chain smoking, Kira uses men and women for a stress release, sleeping with them then leaving before they wake up the next day.
History:
Born into the Tokushima clan, known for it's aggressive behavior and fire based techniques, each member can be recognized by the unmissable black tattoo on their shoulder, the clan is considered unusual for its fire based techniques when in the village of the mist, though bloodline originally originated from the land of fire. Kira was the youngest in her family, having had two older twin brothers, Jiro and Tomi. Unlike their sister they had much softer features with golden blonde hair and bright blue eyes, they followed after their mother while Kira was the spitting image of her father.
As a child Kira had very few friends and spent most of her time with her brother's, despite their angelic features they were possibly the most violent of the family and seeing as Kira was around them for almost every hour, she began to look up to them even if they were alittle violent back to her. Jiro and Tomi were sent to the academy by their father, as he wanted all his children to become great shinobi one day. It was there that both her brother's were pushed to their limit, because during them times graduation was a duel to the death.
Once Kira was still way to young to join the academy and around this time it was the time for Jiro and Tomi to graduate, and everyone knew what the tests entailed, a brutal fight to the death, whoever is the last one alive will graduate, simple. unfortunately for them Tomi was killed leaving only Jiro to graduate. Her family was devastated to hear of the death which only made her father think twice about enrolling Kira into the academy, but now she was even more determined, she was sure she would make her family proud and avenge her brother's death.
It had been years since Tomi's passing,and now tests at the end of graduation had changed since some boy killed all the students without even being at the right age. Kira was now in her last year, she found herself with no friends because now the village feared anyone that belonged to a clan, thinking they were all brutal killers. Kira was regarded as an outcast, even though it upset her, it didn't change anything about her training. Now like many other neighboring countries and villages the end exam was a demonstration of you're jutsu abilities. Kira perfectly showed her fellow students and sensai all basic justu techniques, clone, replacement as well as tai-jutsu.
Kira became a genin at the age of thirteen, she joined the academy late because her father was hesitant after the incident with Tomi. Assigned with two other of her classmates they were given a jounin leader. Their training started immediately, they were forced to watch horrific scenes, they were pushed to their limits til the point were they threw up, but even through the harsh conditions they gained physical strength as well as mental. There first year as genins they were forced to enter the Chuunin exams, they became merciless, practically destroying anyone who would stand in their way. The three did it to gain respect from their leader and families.
The last level of the Chuunin exams became there turning point, one of their team mates failed, bringing doubt to Kira that she could accomplish the battles. Luckily enough for her she defeated her opponents, it wasn't easy and at the end of every battle, Kira would collapse from exhaustion only to be waken up for her next fight. Five other students became Chuunin's that year, Kira being one of them.
Once Kira became a Chuunin she cut off contact from her old team, not wanting to keep the memories of constant training as well as the images that their leader embedded deep into their minds. two years into the Chuunin rank she had become a teacher, showing new academy students the basic's of ninjutsu as well as shinobi history, while in her free time she trained with her brother who had now become a Jounin.
It wasn't until she was a Chuunin that she actually became closer to her brother, her parents weren't the rock she could go for support anymore, since Tomi died they had become shell's, never leaving the house and staying in bed all day. It was the day before Kira's seventeenth birthday and Kira eagerly awaited her brother to arrive back from a B ranked mission but never arrived, Kira panicked asking around the village, even the village leader but she got no response just pitiful eyes.
Kira knew her brother wasn't dead, more determined that ever she everyone behind in search of her brother, she promised her Mother and father that she'd arrive back safely, and at that she left the village firstly to wards the lat place he was seen in the land of fire.
Kira had been gone a year, still she had no signs that her brother were her brother could be til she arrived at a large forest on the outskirts of the waterfall country, there she would meet an old women who had information on him. Kira met the old women who told her everything that happened to her brother. Jiro had died in a mission, his team was ambushed, only he died, instead of his tea mates taking him back home they left him to rot in the forest. The old women continued to explain how she had found his body and given him a proper burial underneath a large oak tree. The two visited it, upon the large oak was a carved symbol of their village, Kira stared down at the burial for two days straight before crying into the dirt.
Kira has promised never to return to her village, like they betrayed her brother, she betrayed them. Kira now wanders the lands selling information along killing people for money. Since finding out of her brother's death she tends to keep social contact to a minimal, only usuing people to get what she wants, money, sex and occasionally drugs.

Kira creates three different hand signs with her lighter in between her two index fingers, one done she flicks it open to reveal the flame before blowing upon it, creating a flame thrower like attack. This ninjutsu is very effective if the opponent is at a maximum on fifteen meters away.

~ Body Replacement Technique [ Kawarimi no Jutsu ] :: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.
The anime has a number of other objects being used for this jutsu, such as a boulder, mud, a scarecrow, and even a large rolled-up carpet. These items are usually nowhere in sight, suggesting that they are merely gags meant to lighten up the situation and not an actual part of the jutsu. Additionally, the normal practice of switching places with a section of log is done in several places that have no such thing anywhere nearby.

~ Transformation Technique [Henge no Jutsu] :: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konohagakure Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.
~ Rope Escape Technique[Nawanuke no Jutsu] :: A basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up. How this is done is unknown
~ Cloak of Invisibility Technique [Kakuremino no Jutsu] :: This jutsu allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making them invisible. Konohamaru uses this technique constantly in the beginning of the series to try and fool Naruto Uzumaki, but uses poor disguises (square rocks with eyeholes, cloaks that are incorrectly patterned or the wrong way round, or simply not covering himself completely), thus betraying the illusion.

Ino leaned against the counter and began to fiddle with the petals upon the pot of white lilies that stood in front of her. “Jeez business is slow today” with that she stretched out and let out a loud yawn before looking around the shop, many of the flowers had yet to bloom mainly because it was just ending near winter.
Ino seemed to start to drift off before she heard the footsteps walking tto wards her; quickly she shot her head up. “Welcome to the Yamanaka flower shop! How may I help you” her voice jumped a little too high before slowly turning back to normal. It was one of the villagers, one Ino had seen around, or maybe she did she just didn’t bother to remember faces. Can you recommend any flowers to give to a young lady.” Ino smiled to wards her costumer. “I sure can! Though unfortunately many of our flowers haven’t yet bloomed so they are not at there prettiest.” She rubbed the back of her head nervously before turning gathering two different types of flowers that compliment each other well.
Ino wrapped them up delicately before handing them over to her costumer who gave her the money with a kind smile. She waved him goodbye before slumping back down on the counter resting upon her elbow. “Now what?”
