Appearance:

Sesu has fine black hair, and wears it to his neck usually. Every once in a while his father (an ex-ninja-genjutsu expert) will put him in a trance while his mother trims his hair. He isn't the happiest when he wakes up. His eyes are of a golden color, and people would expect him to be a skilled genjutsu user, like his father (he isn't a genjutsu user). At 135 pounds, Sesu is very fit, and will lift weights a lot during training. The attire that Sesu wears is a loose pair of black pants with a sleeveless white t-shirt. While traveling, he also wears a long white cloak. Even though he stands at 5 feet 11 inches, he does not intimidate his foes, or even seem the slightest bit dangerous.... until he is seen battling. (Once I draw one, I shall upload a picture... if I have time *hopes scanner still works*)

Personality:

Sesu is usually silent, unless addressed or he wants to speak. He keeps a calm demeanor, almost never losing his temper. He loves to go on missions and wander when not training. Sesu can become very focused while training, and often forgets to attend meals. That is, until his stomach sets up a ruckus.

He also tends to get over-focused on training... and..err... accidentally ignore those who come to find him... and sometimes his stomach.

Though he does enjoy eating, he knows he is not part of the Akimichi clan and cannot use his *cough*cough* "Big Boned-ness" *cough-fat-cough* with his techniques. So therefore, he does not over-indulge. Plus, it would be uncool with the girls.

Sesu is also very observant and doesn't rush into battle without planning ahead *coughNARUTOcough* He also prefers not to fight girls (quite like Shikamaru), but will if he has to.

History:

Sesu was born as the elder of two twins. His sister died several days after her birth, as she was born sickly and unhealthy. Sesu was born looking like a normal healthy and chubby baby, but contracted a deadly and unknown disease that had, in fact, killed his sister. For a week, the fever raged in his body, he could not sleep but four hours a night, and he was barely able to consume anything. On the eighth day after his birth, his fever subsided, but he began breathing heavily and then suddenly began having to suck for air. The doctor was summoned and was soon checking upon Sesu. Medicines were given him and tonics were taken. When the doctor left, Sesu was sleeping soundly and peacefully. Since that horrid illness, Sesu has only been sick once or twice, for his immune system was strengthened considerably.

At the age of five, Sesu tried to imitate his older relatives and make glass. He somehow managed fall and scrape his knee. Needless to say, he did not try this again until he had gained at least some chakra control. He enrolled in the local academy at the normal age and enjoyed it immensely. At the age of nine, he began to learn chakra control, and he was greatly pleased to be able to stand on his ceiling for ten straight minutes by the time he was ten. He graduated the academy and became a Genin at the age of eleven. At the age of twelve he was able to mold a small amount of lightning chakra from his hands and feet and make glass.

From then on out, he dedicated his training to glass control. By the age of 14 he had mastered the art of glass control and could form weapons and perform the basic glass jutsus.

He passed the Chunin exams at the age of 15, and became the leader of his former Genin Team. At the age of 23, he received his promotion to Jonin. Since then, he has taken to training hard, but no one has seen the results of his training... so far.

Description: The Koppu clan member will focus lightning chakra from his hands and/or feet and force it into the ground, causing sand to superheat and form glass, which then will be controlled by the clan member in question. It can be hardened and softened at the will of the user, and can be formed into a variety of weapons, namely senbon, kunai, and swords. A few clan members make permanent weapons from their glass, but it takes a while to do, as several layers of glass are to be put on, each after the layer before dries.

Description: The Koppu Clan member will focus the lightning chakra out of his feet and into the ground in front of him. The sand in the ground will react to the chakra and cause a large wall of thick glass to form out of the earth, protecting him from any oncoming attacks.

Description: The Koppu Clan member will force lightning chakra out from their body and shock the ground around them. The sand will then form a thick glass barrier completely around them. The thickness depends on how much chakra is used.

Description: Using the glass created by their lightning release, the Koppu Clan member will proceed to form a clone out of their glass. It is hard, but can be dispersed by a few hard blows or a good ninjutsu technique.

Description: In using this technique, the body of the user literally becomes fused with blue lightning during the attack. An observer would see that the shinobi using this jutsu has a slightly bluish outline and is bristling with small blue static electricity. To activate the bolt of lightning, one would form a half tiger after performing the necessary hand seals of course. The user could form two half tigers to attack two opponents, but each one would be at half power. He/She will retain the lightning in his/her hand and can shoot it straight out at the target for a knockout/kill.

Please note: This technique will not be taught to Genin. Even if the Genin could perform the technique, it would probably kill the poor Genin. The technique is usually taught to Chuunins as a knockout technique. Jonins may use it to knockout or kill. ANBU can use it as a special assasination technique.

However, in the case of one using this move, backup or rescue is needed, as it will drain the user of chakra, and cause most Shinobi to faint or collapse. Normally, that would occur when this technique is used with low chakra.
Please also note: If you would like to use this technique, please PM me for permission. I will absolutely not allow you to use it if you are a Genin or anything lower and if you don't have a lightning affinity.


Jutsu Name: Japanese Name [Lightning Raze]
Rank: C or B. Can be A or even S depending on the chakra control and skill of the user. But only in rare cases.
Element: Lightning/Raiton
Type: Attack
Character: Koppu, Sesu; Gamakuu, Hareta (to be made)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to summon forth lightning in the palms of his hands and allows him/her to shoot three different bolts of lightning from his/her hands. The hand seals performed are tiger, snake, boar, horse, dragon. The user then draws his/her hand apart and normally activates the lightning bolts by touching/slamming the wrists together, with the palms pointed outward toward the target. The three bolts can be controlled in which direction they are shot, but cannot change direction after they are released.

When this move is used to be so powerful that it is an A or S ranked move (such as when they are used by Kages and Kage level ninjas) it leaves the user weak and powerless for 15 to 20 seconds.
I would like this Jutsu to be a signature jutsu, but if someone wants to use it, they need to contact me.

Description: Raiton: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Bunshin clone. If the Raiton Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Sesu aimed a kick at the glass wall and smiled in pride when he bounced backwards off of it, even though the back of his head was dirty and smarted with pain from hitting a rock. "See, Grandfather? It's sturdy!"

"Fine," the old man replied, his long beard flowing in the wind. He gestured to the house. "Grab a drink and get something to eat. Meet me here in 20 minutes and I'll teach you a new jutsu."

Ok Here i go First of all Welcome to Dokuji-Shippuden now on with the advice/grading since i don't see WIP

ok first of all the one you have for a signature Jutsu is very likely to be one that Kakashi would know seeing as his Element is Lightening and he has been around for a bit longer then your character and he does have the Lightening Shadow clone jutsu in his arsenal.... And I don't know if you can reserve Jutsu to where people have to ask to use (Will check with Saska)

Jonnin would have quite a few more jutsu's as well check out Kakashi or even Aiuya for examples.

Third Im not sure if your appearance is going to be quite enough and your personality will more then likely need to be beefed up for Saska standards since my last charrie accepted was like 4+ paragraphs for each one.

History needs a bit more flesh out his child hood/ gennin years any tramatic events anything that made him work harder like a comrads death or family member passing away?
