Ino has developed much since her Genin years. She currently stands tall at 6 ft. and 3 in. and weighing in at about 101 lbs. While she has matured over the last few years, she still retains her self-awareness about her appearance. She makes she sure that she keeps in shape, giving her a nice and slim figure. Her chest, while not near the size of other kunoichi such as Hinata, is still rather prominent in size. Below, her stomach retains a flattened and hourglass-shaped form before flowing down into her hips and rear. Continuing onwards, her legs are slim, just like the rest of her body. The same goes for her arms and shoulders.
Her face is a bit on the long side, but it still ends in a rather softened point. Here eyes a rather light blue color, though her hair is almost always hiding one of them. However, underneath it all her eyes are topped off with thin and delicate eyebrows. As for her hair, she keeps a similar style to that of her Genin years. Unlike Sakura, Ino chose to grow her hair back after the Chuunin Exams, and it is currently long enough to reach down past her waist. Usually it is kept in control through the use of a band to keep it in a pony tail. This doesn’t keep all her hair, however, and the left side of her face is significantly covered up by her bangs. The rest of her hair frames her face, and reaches down to just above her shoulders.
Taking of advantage of clothing to accentuate her features, Ino is not afraid to ‘flaunt it.’ Similar to her Genin outfit, her style of clothing is a shirt and skirt combination. However, the shirt itself has taken on a change. The sleeves have been cut even further, revealing the entirety of her shoulders. The collar is about the same height, reaching halfway up the neck. The shirt ends just above the midriff, giving her the ability to show off her well kept figure. The skirt is rather simple, with a belt at the top and split down the middle. Underneath she has her kunai pouch (with some bandages to keep it from chafing) and a shorter grey skirt.No longer wearing the bandages of her youth, Ino has moved on to fishnet stockings. However, they are only worn on the knees, calves, and shoulders instead of all over her body. She wears the standard shinobi open-toed shoes.
Personality:
While maybe not as much as when she was younger, Ino still considers herself rather beautiful. Appearances and looks are still very much important to her, and so she strives to keep her self in good shape and health. It isn’t unknown for her to occasionally stress out over dieting and exercise. She also works hard to keep her clothes in good condition and clean so as to not look all dingy and disgusting. Overall, however, while she does stress out about it, Ino is rather confident in her appearance and feels rather proud about them. All of this makes her sound rather superficial, and to a degree she is. When push comes to shove, however, she knows that there is more to a person than their looks, and she can be a rather kind and caring person. It just takes a little bit of work to dig it out of her.
Her confidence about her looks, however, extends to other aspects of her personality. Her confidence about herself has made her a rather bold person. It is very well known that she isn’t afraid to speak her mind and stand up for herself. Her boldness has also made her a bit on the bossy side, and she is usually quick to take charge of a situation when she gets the chance. When she does so, she can be rather controlling, and a bit quick to anger when things aren’t going the way she plans it. There is rarely any hostile intent behind this, however. While she may seem bossy and rude on the outside, inside she does care and is just trying to help out the best she can.
In her spare time, Ino has picked up a few hobbies that are a natural extension of her ‘superficial’ self. Just like when she was younger, she has a devote interest in the ins and outs of the village. Gossip is an art to her, and she is always eager to hear anything that is particularly juicy. Her favorite topic to gossip about is usually the dating scene. While she herself is currently dating Kiba Inuzuka, she can’t help but play matchmaker amongst the rest of her peers. And if her plots and plans do work out, she also can’t help but have some fun with some playful teasing about them. Because of her, the Yamanaka Flower Shop is the village’s local hotspot for all the latest gossip and rumors.
There is one person that Ino has a particularly important relationship with; her friend Sakura Haruno. They were best friends as children, but in the Academy they broke apart over their rivalry over Sasuke. After the first Chuunin Exam they once again became friends, but to this day they still remain very competitive rivals. While they still tease and taunt each other, it is rarely spiteful and mean. Ino, however, has had some confidence issues over the fact that at this time Sakura has seemed to surpass her in abilities and skill.
History:

Ino was born a member of the Yamanaka clan from Konoha. The clan itself is famous for its techniques involving the manipulation of the minds of opponents. Her father Inoichi was once part of the famous Ino-Shika-Cho trio of the previous generation of ninja. He is also the operator of the Yamanaka Flower Shop, where Ino would routinely help in. This gave her an extensive knowledge of flowers, a trait that would later on be of help for her, surprisingly. Not much else happened in the early years of her life. It wasn’t until she followed her father’s steps and joined the Academy that her life began to unfold.
At the academy her and the other girls were trained to use their feminine traits to go undercover, alongside their regular ninja training. Ino noticed that one of the other girls was constantly being picked on about her forehead. The girl was named Sakura Haruno, and one day Ino stepped in to stand up for the girl. She used her knowledge of flowers to scare the bullies away with ‘poisonous flowers’. Afterwards she gave Sakura a ribbon in order to draw attention away from her forehead. Soon the two of them became very close friends.
Eventually, however, the friendship fell apart. Both of them began to develop affection for Sasuke Uchiha, with Ino feeling she was the only one good enough for him. Sakura felt the same way, and eventually the two of them broke off their friendship because of it. Afterwards Ino (and Sakura) began to grow out her hair, hearing that the Uchiha boy liked longhaired girls. Her broken friendship with Sakura lead to a petty squabbling and rivalry. Whenever they were around each other they would insult the other and call each other names. Ino would particularly nag Sakura about her forehead, knowing from the past that it greatly bothered her.
Outside of her rivalship with Sakura, Ino did very well in the Academy. She had the second best grades among the students, with Sakura being number one, a fact that infuriates Ino. Upon graduation, she was devastated to hear Sakura was placed on a team with Sasuke. This increased the rivalry between the two of them, or at least on Ino’s side of the competition. Believing that Sakura would take advantage of the time with Sasuke to try and nab him, Ino began to try and flirt with him even more often than before. Sadly, her new life as a ninja prevented her from getting any big chances to catch him.
Instead of getting her dream team with Sasuke, Ino was instead placed on Team Asuma under Shikamaru and Choji. She quickly took over as the ‘boss’ between the three of them due to her overbearing personality. Like all teams, they completed many D-rank missions before being recommended for the Chuunin Exams. They easily passed the first test of the exam, moving on to the second round. The initial plan of the group was to lay low, believing themselves to be one of the weakest teams in the forest. However, they eventually stumbled upon under assault by three Sound Ninja. While they were unable to keep them away for long, they bought Sasuke enough time to recover, and he finished the job. Ino, noticing that Sakura had cut her hair, offered to fix it to make it look presentable while growling about showing off in front of Sasuke. She got rather upset when Sakura mentioned she simply took the initiative.
During the preliminary matches of the Chuunin Exam, fate apparently decided to intervene in the Sakura and Ino rivalry by placing the two of them against each other. The ensuing match was brutal as the two of them went full force against each other. Ino taunted Sakura about having no unique moves at all, and in return Sakura taunted her about caring way too much about her looks and that how she had gotten stronger. Furious, Ino decided to show Sakura she didn't her looks, and in a fit of rage cut her own hair off. She then began to perform the Mind Body Transfer Technique, and for a moment it seemed that it had failed. However, Ino soon revealed that she had in fact used her chakra, as channeled through her hair, to hold Sakura in place. It didn’t take long for the Mind Body Transfer to work as planned….sort of. Ino’s plans at making Sakura surrender were thwarted by Naruto riling up Sakura’s inner spirit, forcing Ino out of her body. The match ended in a draw soon afterwards, their friendship finally restored.
Ino was a simple spectator during the third round of the exams, cheering on Shikamaru as he battled Temari. Like almost everyone else in the stadium, she fell underneath Kabuto’s genjutsu and fell asleep. Later on she gave Choji some encouragement before the Sasuke Retrieval mission. She played no role in the mission itself, simply staying behind in Konoha. Over the two and a half years after Naruto left, Ino, alongside an outfit change, picked up some new skills. She began learning medical jutsu, and while not as good as Sakura or Tsunade she is still a decent medical nin. Like the rest of the Genin (except Naruto), Ino eventually passed the Chuunin Exams and became a full-fledged Chuunin. Recently she has begun to date fellow Chuunin Kiba Inuzuka.

~ Shadowing Stealth Technique [Bikou Ninjutsu] :: Bikou Ninjutsu is the technique ninjas use to follow their targets covertly. The manner in which the ninja shadows their target can differ, from the basic hiding under a nearby object, to using a jutsu to turn oneself invisible.
~ Clone Skill [Bunshin no Jutsu] ::Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
~ Transformation Technique [Henge no Jutsu] :: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
~ Art of Substitution [Kawarimi no Jutsu] :: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
~ Release [Kai] :: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
~ Act of Water Surface Walking [Suimen Hokou no Waza] :: A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
~ Mind Body Disturbance Technique [Shinranshin no Jutsu] :: This technique is a variation on the Mind Body Switch Technique. Rather than transfer all of the user's consciousness into the target, this jutsu sends only a spirit of confusion, causing them to attack their allies. Although the target is aware of what they are doing, they are unable to stop themselves. This technique can also be used to simply stun the opponent so they can't move. In Naruto episode 192, this technique has also shown the ability to transport one body and the user to a different location.
~ Mind Body Switch Technique [Shintenshin no Jutsu] :: Shintenshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique originally used for spying. The ninja forms the needed handseals and then projects their spirit out of their body into their target. This can be another ninja or an animal. Unfortunately the spirit flies in a straight line at a slow speed. If the target moves and avoids the incoming spirit, the ninjas body falls lifeless until the spirit can find its way back to the body several minutes later. Because of the risk involved, the ninja must be very careful. When used in conjunction with a binding technique the chance of success greatly increases.
While inhabiting the body of their opponent, the target still remains in their mind but their mental processes are forced aside as the ninja takes control. However if the target has strong mental fortitude, they can overpower the intruder and force them out of their body. Also while in the body of their target, if the ninja takes sudden physical damage, their original body will be hurt as well.
~ Hair Trap Technique [Heatorappu no Jutsu ] :: After cutting her hair, Ino infuses the hair strands with her chakra to trap anyone that steps on them. Once immobilized, they are an easy target for the Mind Body Switch Technique.
~ Mystical Hand Technique [Shousen no Jutsu] :: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, they are able to heal more critical injuries. Highly skilled medical-Nins such as Tsunade can use their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible.

This morning Meushi was filled with more pep then she usually was. Earlier this morning she had gotten a rather nice surprise from her parents concerning her work today. There was no training today, and there wasn’t much to do in the flower fields either. So they had decided that it would be a nice gesture if Meushi headed over to the flower shop to help out her older cousin Ino. Besides, now that Meushi was a full-fledged ninja, the Chuunin Yamanaka could help her out some with tips and what not. By the time they had finished telling her, Meushi was halfway out the door.
Wanting to show off her new status as a Genin to her cousin, Meushi decided to bring along some of her ninja gear. Sitting nice and tight on her forehead where everyone could see was her Konoha headband. She normally didn’t wear it there, preferring to have it around her waist, but she wanted it to be the first thing Ino saw once Meushi walked in the door. On her waist was also her flower petal bag, recently refilled after the battle with Taiyo Inuzuka. Just one of the many advantages to living in a field of flowers, which included the lovely flower scent she had on her. Since she doubted Taiyo would be around, she felt no need to hide it.
That battle, however, still left some marks on her. Her arm was still sore from the scratches, which, while faint, could be seen on her arm. About the only other ‘trophies’ from the battle included some minor scrapes and bruises, and a really sore wrist. That last one was her own fault though since she did throw those petal shuriken like a madman after he had Myou pee on her. She had to scrub that arm for hours before she felt clean. Meushi wasn’t so sure if she should leave that part out or not when she retold the tale to the older Yamanaka. It was kind of embarrassing once you thought about it.
Without the aid of a map, Meushi could almost always tell you exactly how to get to the shop from any location in Konoha. Between her idolizing of Ino to various deliveries to the shop from the fields, Meushi had the route down. So it didn’t take long at all for her to get there, though upon reaching it she found a surprise. Inside she could see the figure of her fellow Team 6 teammate Hanabi. It was a surprise to see her, but even more surprising was that she looked all bubbly and bursting with energy. Most of the time Meushi spent with her in the Academy was spent in the presence of a girl who was more serious about being a ninja than the instructors were. It was actually a refreshing change of pace.
Deciding to play a little with her, Meushi slowly opened the door so as to be as quiet as possible. Sliding into the store, she shut the door again quietly and slowly tiptoed till she was right behind the girl. Looking up, she saw Ino was there and made sure to give the girl a signal to be quiet. This would only work with the older girl remained cooperative. She waited for Hanabi to finish speaking, mentioning that she had some juicy stuff about Neji and TenTen, people that Meushi knew of but hadn’t met.. Even if Meushi wasn’t the gossip queen like Ino was, she was just as much interested in it as her. Not like she could use anything out of it. Though depending on how things went, knowing who started the rumors that were bound to come from this might be helpful.
With an evil little grin on her face, Meushi almost jumped at Hanabi, wrapping her arms around her neck and letting them just hang right in front of her. She placed her head on the girl’s shoulders, smiling like an idiot as she talked.
”Some juicy gossip, huh? Well, stop holding back on us and spill it out already Hanabi”
