COMING HOME

Coming Home is the thread in which the plot aspect of Naruto's return to Konoha was played out. The first person he ends up encountering is none other than Haruno Sakura, his current teammate, probable best friend, and long-time crush. After going to Tsunade's office, they encounter an eavesdropping Yamanaka Ino, whom Sakura scolds for such foolish acts and leaves behind back at the Hokage's tower. Once outside, Naruto encounters Konohamaru, who performs his own version of the Oiroke no Jutsu, and just as Naruto is about to finish his own, none other than Konoha-returnee Rajani Ryuu shows up.
Thinking the blonde boy's actions to be hostile, Rajani becomes on guard, but after Sakura, one of the only people she seems to trust other than her wolf, Midnight, calms her down, Sakura returns over to scold Naruto, manhandling him and shaking him in her usual violent ways. Of course, said combo ended with a square punch to the cheek of the boy, and Sakura returned to her smiling face once again. As they were about to leave back to Tsunade's office, a man from none other than Hoshigakure no Sato shows up. Kogitsune seemed to be a very quiet, polite man, not too much older than Sakura, Naruto, and Rajani themselves, but after going into a coughing fit, Sakura becomes worried for the boy.
As everyone is about to stand by and wait for Sakura, the only med-nin around, to figure out what exactly was wrong, Naruto comes to tap Rajani on the shoulder, not knowing how very 'unstable' the girl is about people coming up behind her, and in an act of defense throws the poor blonde against the wall. After Kogitsune insists that he is all right, Sakura goes over to help her teammate, scolding Rajani and defensively telling her that if she were to touch Naruto in such a way again, things wouldn't turn out too pretty.
